I am having a very rough week mentally and physically. I've also been overeating every day and so that is weighing on me literally and emotionally. My cravings have been terrible, and I haven't gotten myself out and walking like I need to be.
This makes me really upset and depressed. I have to get myself back on track.

height: 5 ft 5 in , waist 37 in, and weight 195 lbs (after eating lunch and breakfast)

I looked at the scale and I was almost 200lbs after a day of eating. its time To change I need advice and honesty. currently I’m 195 but I’m looking to get under 150 to start with. Here are my measurements:
thighs: 28.5 inches standing
waist: 36.5 inches standing
arms: 14 inches away from body
5 ft and 5.5 inches tall btw
