New low weight!! About four pounds from my ultimate goalβ¦ Not sure how I feel about it right now. I want to be happy with it but I still feel like I look fat and Iβm just like WTF.
Also, is it weird that my ultimate goal is 94 and not 95? I feel like it should be on the β5β or β0β, but I started at 144 and I just think it would be cool to have lost an even 50 pounds.

follow these simple, siiiimple steps and you can actually reach your ugw by the end of summer and enter your junior year confident and beautiful βΊοΈ
1. Drink 1 gal of water a day
2. Never exceed 1000 calories
3. Go on a run every week day morning and do some form of working out.
4. Saturday's are cheat days. You can eat up to 1000 calories
5. Fast every Sunday (no working out, it's a rest day.)
6. Before eating anything, scroll through your entire blog. Be wise
7. Bring an "emergency" fruit or small bag of vegetables to practice with you. If you feel light headed, eat it. You'll burn it all off.
8. Never eat after 7 pm
9. Have at least 2 cups of tea a day
10. Take a strong hair vitamin and multivitamin every single day. Don't forget
Does anyone else ever feel really bad if they don't eat what their parents buy them out at restaurants π like I try to get the cheapest thing on the menu but every time I can't finish my meal I always feel so guilty that they spent money on it especially having a signal dad who won't let you not eat because he's great and cares so much and will always get you food even if he doesn't have the money for it #ana problems
