Well bødy dysmørph!@ is baaaaack💀 didn’t take her to long for sure..
We don’t talk enough about the upper part of the bødy, it’s a struggle really

I feel so full of water right now, nothing can enter my bødy ahahah

Breakfast~ 1 ice Americano Lunch~ smoothie bowl + cheddar sandwich + 1 ice Americano Snack~ 3 bites of bread + 1 ice Americano Dinner~ my regular egg bowl + Greek yogurt with toping (granola, chickpeas and fruits) + 1 green tea

Im gonna stop with the c@lør!3s.. I started tracking them again but it’s just stressing me so much and it’s not good for my goals so I will go back to estimation and focus on portions cøntrøl (this worked well with me)
I’m again, going to a 3 days trip (two of them is the time of the travel lmao) and I feel like I’ll be able to walk out of this experience in cøntrøl and with a smile on my face
I won’t be able to w3!ght myself this week but so far, I’m surprised it’s not freaking me out
I meeeeean I’m a cheese lover so yeah and I had some a week ago and I won’t stop myself 3@t!ng it but in moderation and anyway real cheese can be really expensive so I save money in the same time by controlling my portions
I actually have some leftover in the fridge that I didn’t touch for a week because I didn’t felt like it. I’m proud of that haha

It was girls night✨ so happy because I was the one proposing sharing this pizza that we previously talked about and it was soooo good, I love burrata and it was so worth it and so filling in a good way Also if anyone is wondering, no, I didn’t f@st on purpose, I just didn’t had the time to 3@t a real meal today. I personally wouldn’t recommend the f@st!ng method because it just make you wanna 3@t more when you break it and it personally make me think about føød a little to much for my own good haha
