I am literally so happy that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. wasn't made in this era of television, like... the amount of episodes we wouldn't get?
We would have 8 episodes, maybe thirteen if we're lucky, but it would both stretch out the plot too thin while also not giving it not enough development. So many things would be cut out, so many perfect iconic moments we look back on today would be gone to fit the tight runtime
Oh, and then it would end on a cliffhanger only for it to get cancelled a month later cause it didn't reach those ridiculous streaming numbers
(And if it didn't get cancelled, it would take two years to make the second season)

I know everyone in the fandom is very Anti ward but uh.
I love him. He's so fucking funny it's like he didn't like them but somehow COULD NOT stay away from the team. He spent months being like "skye please forgive me I can tell you where your father is 🥹" and the entire she's like no and shoots him or tells him to jump. AND THIS MAN DOES NOT STOP. WHEN WE THOUGHT HE DIED? NOPE HIVE. but like not the same unfortunately. If we could have had him pop in and out of the show throughout either helping (to work towards his own gain) or being an opponent i would have been happy. (Like for example finding out he brokered the deal to exchange the Inhumans for the whole future space arc)
I think what really sold Grant Ward being a double agent was that the actor was genuinely acting for the first few episodes. Apparently they only told Brett Dalton about the plot twist the day before filming it so his interactions with the team feel authentic.
I don't think I'll ever be able to wrap my brain around how clever the Ward plot twist is
Bc what the writers do, in regards to a "wolf in the herd", is draw all suspicion off him by having him screw up the past episode. By killing the fake Clairvoyant, "for Skye", the other characters treat him accordingly: he's locked up. He's in a cell when the others learn about HYDRA, and given what he just did, no one (characters & audience) is questioning whether he's really S.H.I.E.L.D.
And so we point fingers at everyone else. Coulson is an obvious no, and unless Skye feels like switching again, she's a no. May feels far too obvious, and Fitz seems as far removed from HYDRA as possible
In fact, the one we all start to suspect is Trip. He only showed up a few episodes ago, and he suddenly gets along with everyone. Not only did he train under Garrett, but he's the one who's with Simmons at the Hub. And everyone is being secretive, everyone's anxious, and Trip certainly doesn't plan on being taken out. Since it's told largely from Simmons' pov during her parts, we're the ones seeing her fear, her cautiousness. Her whole "I can't trust anyone" thing. Trip seems suspicious
And he seems suspicious enough that we don't see the true wolf, the one who's been with the team the whole time

The second reason why Sabra does not work as a character in a marvel film. (Besides the obvious that she's Israeli propaganda) is that she's visually aligned with protecting a nation. Any hero in Marvel has always been known to protect the world and galaxy and universe and multiverse as a whole. The heroes of the Marvel cinematic universe always strive to protect everyone no matter their nationality, race, gender, sexuality etc. That's the whole point of being a hero.
Sabra contradicts that. She's a hero aligned with a specific nation who will save everyone but a minority. As far as I'm aware she's presented as an antagonist for the Hulk. She makes no fucking sense whatsoever.

Even a box of condoms as a joke (not really) He makes geto film it so he can post it on tiktok and go viral (he does) he makes a playlist to play off of a jbl speaker too.

For the rest of the day he's trailing behind you holding everything he got you as punishment for embarrassing you. He's humming careless whisper for the rest of the day too.
Geto: He's more subtle. He gets your favourite flowers and sweets. He doesn't do it at school he shows up to your house when he KNOWS you'll be cute so you can take pictures.
Nanami: flowers, chocolates, card, the whole nine yards. He plans the night too. Takes you out to formally ask you at your favourite restaurant. He also gives you a necklace to wear with your dress (he already knows the style you want of course)
Toji: passes a note to you in class and asks you. When you say no he waits by your locker to ask you. When you say no again he FINALLY buys some flowers to ask you.
Choso: He's sweet, similar to geto he asks you in private. He's super nervous, so you can tell he wants to ask you something. He has your favourite book or manga and a card that he shoves in your hands while quickly asking you if you'll be his date to the MD, but it's okay if you say no. You two are the ones that end up a couple after MD (and the only truly cute couple)
Sukuna: does not ask you. Shows up to your house with a nice car. You wonder how he got your exact dress colour to match the hankerchief in his breastpocket.
Shoko: She's nonchalant. She wasn't even planning on going until you kept hinting and hinting (no subtlety at all). Then she started asking about your dress colours and plans so she could work out her own. Then one morning you opened your locker to a card and a singular rose asking you officially and apologising for not realising you meant as dates for the longest time. (Oblivious lesbian shoko is MY CANON)
Yuki: Said you're her date from grade 8. And she meant it. Except she didn't think you'd be going as dates and not as friends. (YEARNER YUKI) Does the whole nine yards. Flowers, chocolates,sweets, and cutesy teddy bear, she makes a big fat deal of it.

Growing up right, i always knew I had anxiety. I was that kid who would stay home on days they had horrible anxiety it caused them nausea. But it wasn't until I went to therapy and I talked for 30 minutes and my therapist looked at me and went. Girl, you have crippling social anxiety and are a chronic people pleaser.
Which is ironic because for years I would say I know I have some issue but I know it's not social anxiety or being a people pleaser. When all my energy was spent in acting "normal" at school. I'd plan conversations in my head. When I spent majority of my life up until now, curating separate persona's for school, family friends etc. The only time I truly didn't have to perform was when I was alone. When the only time (even now as I'm working through it), i feel like i dont have to perform and pretend it is online. When even birthdays sound like hell bc I hate attention being on me. When I absolutely refused to ask for help in school for fear of judgement. When I'd be so hyper aware and hypersensitive to people's tones, body language, and facial expressions. When I'm so scared to approach people first and be friendly. When the only way I loosen up is when I'm not sober. Like hello??? Delusional.
When I'd go above and beyond and just try to make everything easier for everyone around me even if it caused me discomfort. When I would agree to things I didn't wanna do to avoid awkward situations. When I literally tolerated being "friends" with my bully because I knew my friends wouldn't drop her even though no one liked her because she was well a bully.
Anyways therapy is a real eye opener
CRISTINA AND PRESTONS WEDDINGGG
I don't think I've ever seen a more well written break up wedding.
Up until that point, their relationship devolved into Burke wanting something like moving in together and Cristina giving him what he wants because she loves him even if it's not what she wanted. She was his unseen hand. She, as an intern, wasn't that far from his level of brilliance.
Then he proposes, and she says yes but wants a courthouse wedding with Mer and Derek if Preston wanted him there. But then that becomes what him and his mother wanted. And she does it all for him again. She sacrifices her personal preferences to make him happy. And that's also what bothered C*lin M*rlow. Because she loved Burke enough to do those things for him but not for M*rlow. (I HATE MARLOW HES A CREEP AND WEIRD AND GROSS)
Then the wedding happened. (Mama took my eyebrows) The choker is such obvious symbolism for her becoming trapped in this life she never wanted, never had any desire for. And of course she freaks out, but Meredith comes through. Except Burke realized what he was doing. He realised he was trapping her. She wouldn't be able to do the things she wanted to if she was trapped. So he let her go. He loved her enough to let her go. And that is so heartbreaking, they're the most tragic to me. It was so obvious they loved eachother except they could not give eachother what the other needed.
When she gets back to the apartment and she's like he's gone and Meredith is confused because his things are still there. But his CD collection is gone. His luck scrub cap is gone. His trumpet is gone. Only Cristina would notice that. She knew him well enough to notice that. And the relief in her voice when she said "I'm free" except it was coupled with the pain because even though she got what she wanted, she lost someone she cherished dearly. Oh myngodd guys i can't.
