I absolutely love your drawings!! Especially with the family time together!! But may I ask, how do you think Purah reacted to seeing Mineru for the first time, then their reaction to Dragon Zelda? (I'd imagine while happy, Purah would be overloaded with research mode and Mineru being like "please don't break my ghost back with your hug!" Or something.

She’s going insane

I love your dragon Zelda so much! How does she adjust to her new form? We see her get a new outfit, did she do that herself? Is she still ruler of hyruling or nah?

It can be hard to get used to a new, weird body, but it’s easier with friends! As for her being the ruler of Hyrule? In the weirdest way possible, yes. Citizens from all over Hyrule come for her wisdom and for help with their problems expecting the same perfect princess they remember, and come face to face with a HUGE dragon in the doorway of some rundown house in Hateno that’s goes, “uuuhhhh have you tried (idea)?” Before turning around and going back to bed. I love her.

I like to think that Link was way shorter than Rauru expected.

Also Nintendo please let me deck a bokoblin when I run out of weapons.

Shrine Of Resurrection

2/10 - would NOT recommend

◍All that fog in the beginning of the game is just condensation

◍looks like it's made for one specific height

◍ain't nobody over 5'3 fitting in there

◍no way that water isn't FREEZING cold after 100 years

◍how am I supposed to be the Hero Of Hyrule™ if I'm sleeping in cold water??

◍at least the coldness would wake me up

Old Man's House

1/10 - would NEVER recommend

◍Lumpy "mattress"

◍the blanket looks so thin that an A4 piece of paper would be more warm

◍At least rhoam tried

But tbh the tried and fell like a cartoon character slipping on a comically placed banana peel

Hateno Village Bed

8/10 - would recommend

◍Looks like it would keep me warm on a cold rainy day

◍Sturdy and reliable bedframe

◍Cute and fresh bedsheets

Link's House Bed

5/10 - would recommend but at your own risk

◍cozy looking

◍Does not smell the best

You gotta think about how many times link has gone to bed without taking a bath (if he even does) and if he takes his dirty and/or sweaty armour off when he goes to bed (which I don't think he does tbh)

◍Cute bedsheets

◍Again, sturdy and reliable bedframe

◍Link might kill you if he catches you tho

Purah's Bed

7/10 -would recommend if you're small

◍Extra bouncy and fluffy bedsheets

◍tbh I really like the frilly edges

◍comfy as hell

◍Will have Purah asking you to leave tho

Goron City Bed

2/10 - wouldn't recommend

◍this looks like it's the root cause of back problems

◍yk that goron that has u get his ibuprofen bc of his back?? This is why

◍Can't smell bad cause the only thing u would be able to smell is ur burning nose hair

Tarrey Town Bed

7/10 - would recommend

◍Comfortable? Yes. Cozy? Not so much

I know that they're the same word but in my mind, there's a clear distinction between comfortable and cozy

◍cool and fresh bedsheets

◍bed would move if you did something tho, so not sturdy or reliable, it's literally just stacked planks of wood

She's also pretty hot

I feel like we don't appreciate enough how unique Purah's dynamic with Link is among his present allies. Like, just about everyone else who knows the capital-w Who of who he is, to some degree, is reverent toward him.

Paya spent like a third of her BotW diary gushing about how he's everything she imagined he'd be and more.

Sidon sang his praises so loudly and so often that a portion of the fanbase saw him getting engaged six years later as a betrayal.

Riju, Tulin and Josha, while not overtly affectionate as the previous two, seem to regard him like a cool upperclassman whose approval they value.

Impa, Robbie, Zelda, Teba and TotK Paya, while all regarding him as closer to an equal, are still incredibly respectful toward him, still taking his status very seriously.

And then there's Purah. She very clearly has faith in him and his ability as a swordsman, but when he walks through her door for the first time in a hundred years, when the last time she saw him he was practically a cadaver being immersed in glowing blue goo, her first thought is "I'm gonna prank him, it's gonna be hilarious."

If he says he expected her to upgrade the Sheikah Slate for free, she passive-aggressively dictates in to her notes right in front of him that he's being entitled. If he asks her where she thinks he should head next, she asks him "What, did you forget? Not that that's out of character for you..." She tells him what's in her diary, where it is, and tells him not to read it... And has another prank ready for him when he inevitably does. And in her TotK journals, when she alludes to him "invading her privacy" by reading them, she still leaves the clues as to where she's hiding the next volume, almost like reverse-psychology letting him read her diaries is a game to her.

She has a pet name, for him, and nobody else. Symin, Impa, Robbie, Josha and, I believe, Paya, all get referred to by their proper names, and she calls Zelda either by her name or a proper title ("The Princess/Your Highness.") But Link? When she's in the right mood, he's "Linky." When you first play Breath of the Wild, and see her authorial voice in her diary get less mature as her age reverses, you might think it's just because of her toddler body influencing her brain, but then Age of Calamity comes along and confirms "Nah, she was calling him that when she was an adult too." And then Tears of the Kingdom comes back and adds "And she keeps it up even as a weary and exhausted settlement leader in her re-adulted body."

She's the only friend of his who I can imagine doing the "What's that on your shirt? Made ya look!" prank to him.

They read, to me, like Roz and Frasier, or Goku and Bulma. A pair of friends who are completely unguarded around each other, where the canon author didn't see fit to pair them together, but at the same time, it wouldn't be that surprising to see a version of the story where they were.

Ah, so I have learned that Mineru is the only sage you can't get before starting the Regional Phenomena quest. I had never actually finished talking to Purah to get that, so the mask was locked. Weird.

Welp. I finally caved and started Tears of the Kingdom. Haven't touched it since 100%'ing my first file a year ago.
