-estraguem a comida. Tipo, ponham demasiado sal ou açúcar, de maneira a que o sabor da comida fica horrível. Eu sei que não se deve estragar a comida mas para quem ainda não tem muito controle pode ajudar.
-não levem comida para escola, tipo um lanche ou assim. Desta forma não caem na tentação de comer.
-quando estiverem a comer ao lado da vossa família, encham o prato de verduras. Assim parece que têm o prato cheio e como são legumes, têm poucas calorias.
-não se queixem que estão gordas, isso vai chamar à atenção.
-pastilha elástica sem açúcar é sempre uma boa ajuda, só não fiquem “dependentes” delas.
-sempre que estiverem sentadas, aproveitem para abanar os pés ou coisas do gênero. Qualquer exercício é bom!
-banhos gelados ajudam. O frio ajuda a queimar mais calorias pois o corpo gasta mais energia a se aquecer.
-Bebam água gelada para acelerar o metabolismo e água morna/quente para encher o estômago e dar a sensação de “satisfação”
-uma boa noite de sono ajuda a perder peso
-passem o menor tempo possível sentadas
-tenham uma postura correta, em pé ou sentadas, pois queima mais calorias do que se estiverem curvadas
-carreguem uma pulseira que vos lembre do vosso objetivo
-quando estiverem cansadas demais para fazer exercícios físicos, aproveitem para andar pela casa, subir e descer escadas, fazer tarefas domésticas. Queima mais calorias

6- SUBSTITUA: substitua manteiga ou margarina por cream cheese light. coca normal pela zero. elevador por escada. chocolate por barrinha cereal. gordura por um corpo saudável!
7- MANTENHA-SE LINDA: não adianta ficar com o pensamento ‘quando eu for magra vou manter meu cabelo lindo, minhas unhas lindas, depilação em dia, roupas lindas blablablabla’ ! Mantenha-se linda AGORA! Com a auto-estima elevada será bem mais motivador continuar a dieta e não ter compulsões!
8- NÃO PESAR SEMPRE: essa história de ficar se pesando o tempo inteiro só nos desestimula! Faça dieta por tempo, não por peso! Não seja boba de pensar que em 1 mes chegará ao resultado almejado! se fosse assim todo mundo seria magro.
9-CORRE PRO TUMBLR! : antes de chutar o balde e ir no mc donalds, venha pro tumblr, me manda uma ask, se for preciso passo até meu celular, mas pense antes de fazer qualquer besteira que depois voce vai se arrepender! Eu gosto pra caramba dessa receita, principalmente porque ela engana muita gente. Pensam que você tá comendo algo bem calórico quando na verdade...
1. Coloque uma xícara de pipoca (aquelas de saquinho mesmo) em um recipiente de vidro
2. Cubra o pote com papel filme ( umas duas camadas já é o suficiente)
3. Deixe as pipocas estourarem por 3 minutos e depois é só tomar cuidado com o ar quente quando for tirar do microondas.
