Olympus PEN E-PL7 comes in leather retro style with professional lens inside

A new photo leaked has given us a try to look at the new coming camera from Olympus glimpsing an old-fashion design with leather tightly covered on the outside and inner parts professionally packed inside.

The photo of the camera and the user manual leaked in May match together and make us believe that a new PEN E-PL7 will be a follower of E-PL6 and EP-5 taking the best and more new in itself.

Based on rumors, when the manual leaked, the E-PL7 is expected to come with a 16.05 megapixel sensor. The metered range is 0 to 20, and the ISO range of 200 to 25,600. Shutter speed varies from 1/4,000 to 60 seconds. It also has a 3-inch 1.04M-dot touch-screen TFT display, high-speed AF together with 81 focus points, and supports MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 video codecs.

The camera is supposed to record MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 format and motion JPEG with stereo audio.Storage should support Eye-Fi, SDXC, SD, and SDHC. A release date slated for a late September. The price is still unknown, but the photo leak makes us hope to see it soon on the store shelves.

New Sharp's phones without bezel will be making its way across the Pacific

Sharp had the courage to be the first to deliver us the new smartphone without the bezel around the display. Destroying the edge as a concept should make our glance Aqua Crystal. It's time to delete the useless black areas on the edges of the front side once and for all.

This is not surprising, that the Sharp company  knows better about the sharp eyed frames being one of the best TV manufacturers who has announced first about smartphones deprived of this flaw. It is worth recalling that TVs have long gotten rid of the rim and it went up to their advantage. The Aquos Crystal lightly touches the premium segment but is still quite mediocre for the fight against Xperia Z3 or Galaxy Note 4.

Under a 5-inch display with a resolution of 720p screen there are processor Snapdragon 400, 1.5GB of RAM, and 8GB of internal memory with expandable up to 128GB using the slot MicroSD hidden inside. The Aquos Crystal handset also will come with a 2040 mAh battery, WiFi, Bluetooth and Android 4.4.2 as the operating system that, for unknown reasons was set there. And now we can only hope that it will soon be updated.

Apart from that Sharp will launch an upgraded version called Aquos Crystal X. It features a phablet-sized display with a 1080p resolution, high-spirited processor Snapdragon 801 and 16GB of built-in storage.

Sprint has announced availability of Crystals in US with budget-friendly price of $150. In the meantime Aquos Crystal and Aquos Crystal X exactly will win the hearts of Japanese. Even slimmer than the new LG G3 it affects the hearts of the potential customers thanks to its exclusivity.

Instead of small batteries a headset is equipped with a 3.5 mm gold-plated jacks used on most of audio sets. This is not that tremendous comparing with the above described sensor, but the future is already near having such great technologies in our ears, when even couldn't dream about it 5 years ago!

The device will surely release in the last few months of the year and the price is estimated at $150, though no official statements were made.

LG G Pad 8.0 comes with LTE

LG has announced about the release of a new version of LG G 8.0 with LTE, which is also known as pre-4G communication system and is capable to have 326,4 Mbit/s of the download speed and 172,8 Mbit/s of the upload speed.

The device should be an upgraded version of G Pad 7.0 with LTE. It was introduced in June stating it should have the same specs as its Wi-Fi only brother.

The G Pad 8.0 display should have 8 inches in diagonal and come at 1280x800 pixel resolution. The processing power is presented by 1.2GHz quad core processor, 1GB of RAM and internal storage memory should be 16 GB, which can be expanded by external microSD card slot.

1.3 megapixel camera in the front of the device is quite handy for video chat calls, while the main 5 megapixel rear camera is focused on slight photo shots and video records on the go.

The product will start selling later this month in a wide color range, such as white, black, luminous blue and luminous orange in Europe and few weeks later in South and Central America, CIS and Asia regions. The price should be known with the release of the device.

Acer has launched a line of high performance laptops Aspire V Nitro

Acer has added to its range of Aspire a new pair of gaming laptops V Nitro. It is positioned as a rather productive machine with a discrete graphics card on board for work and pleasure after.

There will be available 15 and 17-inch models with IPS-matrix having a resolution of 1920x1080, that provides a high quality at a wide sight range. Notebook's casing is made of metal and is covered by carbon. Premium design improvement and inner parts proper stowage made this new model line's total profile thickness less than one inch. It also has 4 built-in audio speakers with 8W output total included into Dolby Digital Plus Home.

A new construction of the fabric is based on hydrophobic nanotechnology conceived of an air layer between the cloth and liquid molecules, which makes the fluid push aside from it creating a 150 degree sphere sliding down and not staining your T-shirt.

Silic received such name because of the billions of silica particles inhabiting the outer surface of the cloth pattern, which also means that your sweat is no longer a problem making your armpit area always dry.

Samsung Galaxy Alpha might stand near Apple’s devices soon

Samsung will probably release its own iPhone 6, which should be also more budget solution comparing to recent Galaxy S5. Samsung Alpha should get a metallic frame for a better heat exchange, inner parts with lower specs for a sweeter deal saving your pocket money.

A new Sumsung’s device is rumored to have 4.7-inch HD display with 1,280 x 720 resolution, of course not catching the Full HD flagships, but giving a strong competition to the pre flagship ones.

Inside parts are rumored with octa core (quad 1.8GHz + quad 1.3GHz), called as Exynos processor, or a "Quad Core 2.5GHz" processor known to common people as Snapdragon processor (either an 801 or 805) – altogether are the best processing device for the leading smartphones. It will be paired with 2GB of RAM, making Android fly over all the services you might need.

Not mentioning few decreasing ceremonies as skipping micro-USB 3.0, the microSD slot, and waterproofing, on the other we will still have 32GB of free storage memory, fingerprint reader and a heart rate monitor, which might come in handy. The new 13-inch Alienware gaming laptop will land on Earth

Alienware that is supervised by Dell has introduced a new laptop for gaming. Regarding the design the gaming PC is slightly different from the existing models by back light, but the most interesting hidden in the Alien head.

This 13-inch version of the gaming laptop is a new venture for Alienware, while the size screen for an ordinary gaming PCs includes minimum one inch more. The complex has lost weight and now it is much thinner than the current 14-inch Alienware, but still remains considerably larger than its non-gaming counterparts.

Alienware 13 will work on ultra-low-voltage processors from Intel Core the standard i7-series and mobile GPU Nvidia GeForce 860M that supports a resolution of IPS screen up to 2560x1440 pixels. There's no word about 4K resolution, possibly because it is still too highest pixel density for such a diagonal. Alienware offers to choose an 8 or 16GB of RAM and capacity each of two SSD. Other forward-looking specs are a WiFi: 802.11ac, USB 3.0 and Bluetooth 4.0.

Alienware still hides exact spec details, price, and release date.  We expect a new generations of Alien products including 13-inch laptop that will be released before the end of 2014.

Google Nexus 6 bobs up with codename Shamu

The new Nexus 6 may be produced by Motorola and the rumors say that the project is being developed under the codename Shamu, a name, which is also known as an orca star from the SeaWorld show at San Diego in the mid–late 1960s.

The word is spread that the display will be huge having 5.9-inch size with the resolution of 1080p, which can dimensionally compete with the biggest variant of Apple’s new upcoming iPhone 6 with 5.5-inch screen. Luxury HP's SmartWatch looks really seductively

HP started working on its own model of smartwatch. The company's engineers have focused exclusively on the hardware, and the complete look was developed by a very famous luxury-designer Michael Bastian.

HP SmartWatch offers a 44-millimeter stainless steel case with a special coating. The decoration will be also used for such typical features of premium segment as inlaid buttons, distinctive frame bolts and a special behavior of the backlight. The package will include a variety of three removable straps, that will instantly adapt to the current owner's style.

Smart watches from HP will work together with all smartphones based on Android or iOS with a special application, which will allow to fine-tune the information that is displayed on the screen of the wrist accessory. In particular, it is about getting SMS, e-mail, weather, stock price updates and sporting events, along with user controls for music and other active applications.

Nevertheless there are no evidences that HP smart watches won't run on Android Wear. It'll reportedly arrive this fall, with no word yet on pricing, but it looks like it could be really quite expensive.

Oculus VR Gun called Trinity Magnum shoots in the house

Kickstarter has launched another startup Trinity Magnum – a gun for Oculus Rift VR Headset. The budget to be reached is $60.000 and a weapon for virtual killing will be physically released.

The VR gun is made in a shape of a pistol, which can be held in one hand and if holding by two hands it is transforming into a shotgun or a machine gun depending on the virtually used one.

The gun is equipped with cheap but most precise sensors, which allow the user to shoot at the enemy in game accurately, but standing in your room at any other preferable place in front of the camera. Such effect is convenient and it requires only Oculus helmet and any of the web-camera lying around in order to enjoy the new virtual reality games.

The new games are for sure scheduled to be realized together with the smart minds, who already designed Rift and the gun controller. Just imagine how the whole project of Oculus VR can be realized in future, when the hardware, the budget and the fame increases!

The second generation of Motorola Moto G slips out

We have heard that Motorola is working on a new version of the Moto X. Furthermore now it looks like the company has dropped out from their pocket a new version of the Moto G with the prefix 2.

There is only a bit of information about the specifications which were disclosed recently. Look into the future through Sony Morpheus VR headset

The display of Project Morpheus is 90 degrees wide comparing to Oculus VR, which has 110 degrees of sight range, but nevertheless when immersing into the game such details have no sense for your peripheral vision, as the first players affirm. Also both devices have 1080p HD quality video, which is by the way claimed to be insignificant for fabulous emotions while playing, though as Oculus has already released, Sony has some time to upgrade their Project’s specs.

As Facebook has started to support Oculus VR, we might see some interesting games made for Windows, but it is not a big secret that Sony is more powerful platform for video games than the social network is. Sony can already boast with more features, such as DualShock and PlayStation move controllers having a better physical performance for the player. Furthermore there’s a speed-racing game, which requires a player only to lie on the bed and nod the head with no other controllers involved. Morpheus also comes with a new 3D audio technology that re-creates stereoscopic sounds in all directions and adapts depending on your head position.

So here’s what we see at the moment: Oculus has a first–go advantage and Sony has an opportunity to outrace the beginner. But thanks to Facebook’s continuous patronage the eventual result may be opposite, if more innovative and interactive games will be created for Oculus VR headset in the nearest future. And for the moment we can see such opportunity in their hands, as the release date of Sony’s device and the price it might sell for is still unknown. But most probably we should aim for 2015!

Nokia Lumia 635 will launch on AT&T

The Nokia Lumia 635 got out of the British Crown control earlier this month. Now it looks like the handset is headed to US market starting a new life working at the largest mobile giant AT&T.

The AT&T Lumia 635 has not received anything fundamentally new. As before, the smartphone will come with a 4.5-inch display that has a resolution of 854x480 pixels, a quad core processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 with a clock speed of 1.2GHz and 512MB of RAM only. Also Nokia Lumia 635 will feature an 8GB of internal memory, that can be expanded up to 128GB by the MicroSD card.

The device can merely boast with a typical 5MP rear camera with 4x digital zoom and auto-focus system. Beneath the external part of the device hides a Bluetooth 4.0, 4G LTE, WiFi and a 1830mAh battery capacity, which will provide up to 27 days of standby time or up to 14 hours of continuous usage.

The new AT&T Nokia smartphone will come with Windows Phone 8.1 jam-packed with all sorts of new features and improvements. Versions of the handset sporting black and orange back covers can be picked up online or in AT&T stores for $139, as well the Nokia Lumia 635 beginning July 25.
