TOTAL: 23kcal 🤍

PD: I love egg whites although they make you retain fluids!! Be careful with that.

I feel like if I treat my ana like a weight loss journey more than a disorder, it could be a lot more easier, plus I wouldn’t torture myself because I ate a cookie or I binged. From now on, I’m going to have a good relationship with food inside my disorder. You may not call it ana but idc, this shi is torturing me. I’m still going to do OMAD and fast.

Been working on eating less and todays weigh in was already 181.2 which is two pounds less than two days ago.

I saw this video of a guy who fasted for one week and he lost over 10 pounds and that is sooo tempting to do

i have the fastest metabolism in the world, i can eat whatever i want without gaining a single kilogram, i digest and my body digests the food i eat immediately, eating makes me lose weight, my body takes care of the food i eat for me and it literally instantly flushes out all i eat. i just have a fast metabolism genetically and by choice, because my mind controls my body and i know that food is fuel, food is love and food is energy so it's logically impossible for me to gain weight. my body and my high metabolism physically won't let me gain weight, i love how naturally thin and toned my body is and how it will stay in perfect shape for the rest of my life. my metabolism becomes faster and faster with time and age. i am literally eating cake for breakfast because i can eat whatever i want and still have my dream body, i can literally eat pizza for lunch and still stay thin without gaining any weight. my relationship with food is so so healthy, i love food so much, calories aren't even real and so i eat whatever i want and keep my skinny body, i am an intuitive eater and eat whatever my body feels like eating, if i want strawberries, i'll have strawberries, if i want fries, i'll have fries, food is food, nothing can make me put weight on! i have always had a high and fast metabolism and i am so grateful for that. my metabolism is the fastest metabolism doctors and people have ever seen and so i maintain my dream body so effortlessly, i have the body and metabolism people dream of and wish for, i genetically am like this, it's in my dna!
