I feel like there's not nearly enough mål3sp0 on this site but I'm also too lazy to go elsewhere to find it so I'm just reblogging any thînspø I find because bones is bones.
My Personal Tips 🩷
○ I manually count c@lories, so if something has too many components that I have to count, I just won't eat it because I'm lazy
○ I eat more c@lories throughout the day and less at night. If I save all of my c@lories for dinner or a specific meal, I tend to end up overeating. By eating more during the day and less at night, I can still eat within my c@lorie goal without feeling overly restricted.
○ I only eat half the serving size of food. For example, whenever I eat cottage cheese or oatmeal, I do half the recommended serving (sometimes 1/4 of the serving). This reduces the c@lories but still makes me full.
○ I try to add a fiber or a protein source to each of my meals. This increases satiety and reduces cravings.
○ I do pilate sessions 2 times a day; one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Pilates is pretty quiet, so my family doesn't get suspicious, and there's tons of different types. I have a pilates app to keep me more accountable.
○ I always leave food on my plate. Even if it's just a couple bites it still makes me feel in control. I also share a lot of my food.
○ If I really feel like I need to, I'll pvrge dinner (my family makes home-cooked dinner every night, so sometimes they can be high in c@lories and c@rbs). Honestly, I need to stop doing that because it's given me terrible acid reflux.
○ I go for bike rides on the weekends. I typically go for 90 minutes and burn 600-800 c@lories per session.
○ I drink 2-3 liters of water and day. (Water speeds up fat burning rates). Sometimes I'll add lemons or chia seeds to my water for extra nutrients
○ I journal and plan out my day.
○ I mealprep so I never have an excuse to eat something else
○ I get ready (almost) every morning, even if I'm not going anywhere because it makes me feel more put together, which in turn makes me make healthier food choices.
○ I'll "trick" myself into not eating. Instead of saying to myself "I can't have this", I say "I can have this, but I don't want it/like it/feel full." Once I tell myself a lie enough times, it becomes the truth.
morning... because if it was a good morning, i’d weigh 40 kgs.

Not to be a hater but sometimes I see u guys make "my new 3d rules" posts and I immediately know that it's gonna backfire so quickly and that it will not last more than a couple of days because girl you literally cannot maintain a diet of -4000 c4ls daily and 70k steps and 6 hour daily workouts and 5L water. You will hate every second of it. You will be uncomfortable. You will shit your pants and pass out. You will be physically unable to reach your goal because you've set the bar too high and then you'll beat yourself up over it for the next month
Anyways y'all seriously when you make new rules for yourself you gotta ease into them. If you get 2k daily steps then don't jump to 40k, try upping ur goal by increments of 1-5k steps. If you never f4st then don't immediately plan a week long one, try 18-24 hours. If you never workout don't go straight to 4 hours of cardio. If you also never drink water, drinking 5L is gonna be a chore and could possibly cause water intoxication. Make smart decisions y'all, and don't beat yourself up over not being perfect the first time you try to do something you've never done
Same goes for if you haven't done it in a long time. Just because you used to do something doesn't mean you can go straight back to doing that exact thing with ease
