High Maintenance 101
Prissy Girl Beauty Regimens đ
my prissy girl guide to beauty services and building a beauty lifestyle that fits you đ
twice daily, in the morning and at night
daytime: gentle cleanser, toner, serum, eye cream, moisturizer, SPF
prep and protect skin
nighttime: double cleansing with oil and cleanser, exfoliation, treatments, moisturizer
wash away the day and help skin accept treatments and actives during your beauty sleep
products will change depending on skin type and goals, but sequence will more or less stay the same
Face Masks -
typically done at home 1-3x/week
clay, gel, mud, cream, liquid
my fav masks at home:
aha + bha liquid mask by the ordinary: a literal overhaul of my pores. itâs refining and helps reduce texture and hyperpigmentation. 1-2 x/week
korean modeling mask: i use this after doing everything in my routine. itâs super cooling and smooths my skin out. the low temp of the mask reduces flushing of my skin and helps the steps in my routine absorb better. 2-3 x/week
Treatments -
done either 1-3x/week and/or exclusively at night
consumer grade Retinols, AHAs, BHAs at high strength
little extra things i like to use to enhance my routine:
gua sha, ice pack, rose quartz roller, however often i choose
done every 1-2 months by licensed estheticians
often includes exfoliation and extraction
Classic Facial: cleanse, extract, massage, moisturize
HydraFacials: extracts pores while infusing serums to boost skinâs vitamin and nutrient content
dry, dehydrated skin
Microdermabrasion: microabrasive tool removes outermost, textured, damaged layer of skin using suction to reveal a smooth and refined new layer of skin
sun damaged, aged, textured skin or skin with hyperpigmentation
Chemical Peel: application of medical grade AHA, BHA, Lactic Acid, Fruit Enzymes, or Retinol to peel away top layers of skin over the course of 1-2 weeks
pore refining, brightening, and anti-aging
after care is crucial. skin will be peeling and sensitivity to sun is increased. SPF MUST be used. itâs heavily advised that clients stay home for the first few days.
HydroJelly Facial: facial made of electrolytes, algae, organic white grain oat flour, rice flour, and white willow bark powder. leaving your skin hydrated, plump, and nourished. forms a vacuum-like seal that compresses facial contours.
there are 25 different hydrojelly pro masks for most skin concerns you may have, check here
(not at all necessary and more luxurious):
- Contouring Facial: sculpting, tightening, and lifting of facial muscles
- LED Facial: uses LED light to soothe inflammation, aiding in acne healing and prevention
- Vampire Facial: plumps skin and improves wrinkles by extracting blood, removing its platelets, then either re-injecting it into the skin or applying it topically

Wash Routines:
curly textured: wash and condition every 2-3 weeks, deep condition every 1-2 weeks
straight: wash and condition every 2-3 days, deep condition every 2-3 weeks
Hair should have a style everyday! At home hairstyling is limitless and really depends on your taste and lifestyle. The everyday woman does her own her once every 1-4 weeks using natural hair products, heat, or other tools.
Professional Stylists:
hair is styled every 1-3 months: uses heat to straighten or curl, extensions to lengthen and add volume, shears to maintain/attain a shape and length
trim ends: every 6-8 weeks
hair color is touched up roughly every 6-8 weeks (depending on how fast your hair is growing and how fast your color will fade)
Silk Press:
after a clarifying wash and deep conditioning, natural hair is straightened using flat iron and/or pressing comb, then usually curled in feathers or pin curls to preserve the style
lasts 3-4 weeks depending on maintenance
preserved by wrapping hair at night, keep hands out of hair, and using a wide toothed comb only
can be further styled with different kind of rollers, or with pin curls,
Braids:
afrocentric hairstyles typically done to protect hair while maintaining beauty
lasts 3-8 weeks
styles include knotless braids, faux locs, stitch braids, french braids, etc
Extensions:
hair added to natural to enhance length or volume
can be done at home with patience and proper materials
sew-in extensions: (my personal fav) 1-2 months
your natural hair gets braided down flush to your scalp and the bundles are sewn on by the wefts in a flat pattern typically with a section of hair left out to cover the wefts $100-600
microlinks: up to 4 months
i-tip extension is added to hair using micropliers, clippers and loop tool. takes far longer than most extension methods but looks the absolute most natural $500-1000
tape-in extensions: up to a year, touch ups every 4-6 weeks
medical grade tape is used to attach extensions to small sections of hair $200-400
clip-in extensions: 3-6 months
extensions are clipped on by the wefts. the hair itself can last up to six months, but itâs not recommended to sleep, shower, or swim with the extensions in $50-100
Natural Styles:
all last roughly 1-2 weeks at most. allowing hair to completely DRY is crucial for these styles. your natural hair can be further changed in styles like buns, puffs, etc once dry
natural hair essentials: scalp oil, leave in conditioner, detangling brush, wide tooth comb, curling cream, styling gel, edge control and edge brush
wash nâ go
wash and detangle, then use leave in conditioner to keep hair moist. oil on the scalp and ends is recommended for growth and healthy ends
bantu knots
a traditionally african style where the hair is cleanly sectioned (usually parted in a cute pattern) and twisted into knots. style can be worn just like this or taken down for curls
braid/twist out
a specific pattern of curls is achieved after hair is twisted or braided with curl preserving products. end result depends on how big your twists or braids are
roller set
hair is sprayed with water and curl cream applied before roller of your choice is added. hair is left to dry usually overnight for springy well formed curls
in salon or at home
Waxing - every 3 weeks
Threading- every 2-3 weeks
Razor Shaping - weekly
Tinting - monthly
can be done at home or by pro in the salon
Microblading - every 1-3 years + annual touch ups, exclusively professional work
cosmetic tattooing using a manual tool with nearly invisible hair-like needles to inject pigment in brows to create your desired brow look
*done exclusively by professionals
Lifts - every 6 weeks
basically a perm for your lashes to curl them semi-permanently for lashes to appear longer
Lash Extensions - new set every 6-8 weeks, fill ins every 2-3 weeks depending on quality and style
false individual strands of lashes glued to natural lashes to create semi-permanent length and/or volume
lash baths: wet lashes and apply a small amount of gentle cleanser or a âlash bathâ to lashes. cleanse lashes and eyelids for about 10 seconds. hold a towel under your eye and use a nozzle bottle to flush soap and bacteria from lashes then dry with a disposable lint free towel. finish by brushing your lashes with a spoolie. daily.
Lash Styles:
- Classic: one lash on each fan, thin lashes
- Volume: fluffier lashes with more lashes on each fan
- Hybrid: uses classic and volume lashes to make an alternated look
- Russian: volume lashes made with very thin individuals, 5-6 extensions per natural lash, fanned out look
DIY Lash Extensions - lasts about a week (sometimes longer)
lash fragments or individual wisps are glued either under the lashes or on the lash line. KISS Falscara is a product that makes this concept simple and easy
all these services can be done at home with the proper materials and KNOWLEDGE
every 1-2 weeks
nail service that consists of soaking hands in warm soapy water then drying them. nails are trimmed, filed, and buffed. cuticles are pushed back before applying nail polish (base coat, color, top coat), then finally cuticle oil is applied.
nails can be enhanced with rhinestones, glitter, or charms and attached with uv gel or nail glue
my fav styles are pink, cream, white, black and any french tip using those colors
every 2-4 weeks
sister to the classic manicure, but can be upgraded depending on materials
steps are similar to manicure, except feet are scrubbed and exfoliated before feet are washed and dried to apply nail color
regular polish, acrylic, or gel can be used on toenails
every 2-3 weeks
same process as the classic manicure, but traditional nail polish is replaced with uv base coat, gel or CND Shellac polish, then uv top coat thatâs cured in a UV or LED lamp
longer lasting and more strong/3d than classic mani and is typically removed by soaking in acetone
every 2-3 weeks
my personal fav at home nails using the artme yoko matsuda nails. after doing a classic mani sans polish, you apply a dehydrator and primer to prep nail for gel. then you apply builder gel to your natural nail and cure. then you apply that same builder to the nail extension after etching it using an electric drill or acetone. marry the gel to your nail and cure then just shape to your liking and top with uv top coat. tutorial here
every 2-3 weeks, nails are fully grown out after 6 weeks
manicure done with liquid monomer and acrylic powder to build and extend natural nail, then polished with color or just a top coat if desired
every 4-5 weeks
essentially a gel manicure, but more invasive. the eponychium is snipped away so polish can be applied more closely and flush to the cuticle. this aids in visuals and longevity
service is seen as risky because the skin is more susceptible to fungal or bacterial infection. this is actually how i do my nails at home.
2x daily
self explanatory, we all know how to bathe. i have other posts that talk about my shower and bath routines.
use a gentle cleanser then a scented body wash to complement perfume and smell fresh all day
if needed, you can use body soaps with actives like aha, bha or retinol to exfoliate or treat skin at night
exfoliation - 2-3x/week. using scrubs, loofahs, bath brushes, etc.
shaving - 2-3x/week
waxing - every 3-5 weeks
sugaring - monthly
kenzzi ipl device - a device that uses light therapy to slowly destroy hair follicles and unwanted pigment in skin. i use mine after every 5-6 shaves but i could really use it more often.
1-2x/month
a âfacialâ for your lady area
the esthetician will first wax, then cleanse and apply an enzyme exfoliant. then they extract any blackheads or ingrown hairs from the area before applying a soothing mask usually in the jelly form.
body cream or lotion - daily right after bathing to hydrate skin
body oil - daily to seal in moisture and protect skin from debris and dryness
masks - weekly to address particular skin concerns
ex. when i was having eczema flare ups on my back, i used a dead sea mud mask every 1-2 weeks to help treat it
done at home or at spa
glycolic, clay, mud, salicylic, etc.
the goal is to look younger and balance facial features
all these services are exclusively done by professionals usually in a medspa and are widely considered luxury
every 6-8 months; between brows, smile lines, outer corners of eyes, etc
discourages muscle movement to reduce wrinkles
lasts about 10 years; face, neck, brow, eyelids
skin is lifted to desired look, then excess skin is removed
every 6-12 months; under-eye, lips, jawline, wrinkle sites, cheekbones
injects acids (usually naturally occurring) like Hyaluronic Acid and Calcium Hydroxylapatite to add volume to your face
every 2-4 months until desired results are achieved
non invasive liposuction to achieve desired physique
CoolSculpting - cryolipolysis freezes fat cells for the body to the metabolize and and remove them
SculpSure - essentially the same as CoolSculpting, but uses heat and laser technology to destroy fat cells
every 5-6 weeks; bikini, underarms, legs, arms
touch ups done every 1-2 years
hair growth is inhibited by exposing follicles to light at frequencies that kill them
when making appointments with your âglam squadâ you can stagger your services by week depending on whatâs being done. for example you can get your mani and pedi done one week. then your facials, brows and lashes another week.
these frequencies wonât be the same for everyone depending on personal wants, budgets, etc. but will most likely land somewhere in the ranges i gave. if you need touch ups or redos any sooner than i mapped out, then the service most likely was of poor quality.
anything done at home may or may not be up to the level of detail and longevity as salon or spa work. if you see yourself doing the majority of your beauty maintenance at home, this can save money but may end up taking more time than professional services. so itâs a give and take.

Complete Guide : How to looksmax & drastically improve your appearance
Looksmaxing refers to the practice of enhancing one's physical appearance through various methods like grooming, skincare, fitness, etc. It's about YOU and feeling the need to constantly remind yourself that you can be better. In this guide, Iâm sharing with you ridiculously specific tips to drastically improve your appearance.
body language
Being beautiful is not only about having big lips and a striking jawline. No, it's about the feeling you give to other people, about your energy. Furthermore, it's about how you have embodied your energy. The only way you can embody this truly, is by accepting your authentic energy.
¡ make eye contact
¡ keep your head up
¡ donât play with your jewelry
¡ be extremely, obnoxiously confident
¡ stand up straight, push your shoulders back slightly and open up your chest
¡ smile more often, it will make you look more charismatic & happy, so you will appear more attractive, as many say âbe happy and you will be beautifulâ
diet
Proper nutrition plays a crucial role in transforming your skin from the inside out. By eating a balanced diet that is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, you can help to maintain healthy, glowing skin. You will not only look your best, but also feel your best. Your diet should look like this :
¡ low carb
¡ low sugar
¡ 3L of water daily
¡ lots of veggies & fruit
¡ high protein, fibre & potassium
¡ only eat organic grass-fed meat (for meat)
¡ 3 Brazilian nuts a day, they improve your skin health & hair health
¡ ginger shots, a combination of ginger, freshly squeezed lemon juice & water or coconut water. The health benefits of ginger shots include : decreasing inflammation, calming indigestion, and boosting immunity. Keep in mind that ginger shots are meant to be drunk all at once as a quick shot. Be careful not to drink more than one shot a day since too much ginger can cause heartburn.
makeup
¡ keep it natural, donât overdo it and remember, less is more
¡ curl your lashes & mascara (Dior iconic overcurl is my fave mascara!!)
¡ contour & bronze cheeks (Chanel bronzer 395)
¡ wear skin tint, NOT foundation. Less is more.
¡ sublte white highlight on the inner corner (I recommend dior glow palette) DO NOT grab a white pencil and think it does the job. It doesnât. It will make you look tacky.
¡ black or brown liner on the upper waterline
¡ blend your skin tint in with your hand, then go in bak with a damp beauty blender for a flawless finish
¡ for a natural eye lift effect, draw a line (with a skin coloured pencil) from your outer crease all the way to the temple & blend in a sculpted effect
lashes & brows
Facial harmony is important to the face, and your eyebrows need to work well with all of your face.
For face harmony ask the eyebrow tech this: the eyebrow arch of the eyebrow should be aligned with the upper orbital rim of your eye, reaching itâs highest point slightly lateral to the outer edge of the iris.
For the length the eyebrow should start at a point above the inner corner of the eye and end diagonally from the outer corner of the eye, extending slightly past it.
Also the thickness of the eyebrows should be balanced and in proportion to your facial features.
Ask to maintain thick eyebrows if you do and ask to get it if you don't. Thick eyebrows are good because thicker eyebrows are preferred for a more youthful appearance like you're still in your 20s. Think of an example as Brooke Shields.
Also the distance between the eyebrows should be approximately equal to the width of one eye.
Furthermore the overall shape of the eyebrows should complement your face natural contours, and tell them to take into account your facial structure and features.
Also, your tech needs to be well skilled and knowledgeable to even know these. So I highly recommend going to a very qualified professional in order to get your brows done. At the end of the day, itâs like youâre giving your beauty in their hands. You alternatively do it at home, remember to be precise.
¡ get fuller brows : brow serum, micro blading, brow pencil, etc.
¡ grow out your eyelashes with a mix of aloe vera & castor oil (apply as a serum) or use a lash serum (I recommend Latisse)
¡ dark brows & lashes are more attractive, in order to darken them hereâs some advice :
solutions to darken brows & lashes
¡ brow tint & eyelash tint
¡ hybrid dye : lasts up to 7 weeks on the hairs & 10 days on the skin
¡ tint : lasts up to 4 weeks on the hairs & 3 days on the skin
¡ brow pommade & brow pencil
skin
¡ in order to achieve your perfect skin tone, eat more carotenoids.
what are carotenoids?
Carotenoids are yellow, orange & red organic pigments that are produced by plants and algae. Carotenoids give the characteristic color to pumpkins, carrots, corn, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, spinach, salmon, shrimp, kale, broccoli, cantaloupe, papaya, mangoes, oranges, bell peppers, watermelon, apricots, tangerines.
(In summary they are brightly colored fruits and vegetables)
So make sure to include these foods into your diet. If you want a shorter list of the foods that are the highest in carotenoids :
spinach, kale, corn, oranges, bell peppers, tomatoes, watermelon, sweet potatoes, cantaloupe, broccoli, carrots.
¡ get custom spray tan
¡ get laser hair removal (donât forget to shave before your appointment)
¡ smile line removal : volufiline
¡ for clear skin, STOP eating sugar & dairy
¡ drink CELERY JUICE everyday for glowing skin
¡ a rich moisturizer, spf & a good diet is all you need
¡ it is better to get a real tan, not fake tanner
¡ laser mole removal
¡ to prevent ageing, you should SPF every single day, never use tanning beds, never smoke, use a retinoid nightly, wash your makeup off & maintain a skincare routine
¡ stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated help maintain healthy, hydrated & plump skin
lips
Brushing your lips with a toothbrush. Brushing lips with a toothbrush each day can temporarily increase lip fullness. The brushing may stimulate blood circulation in the lips, leading to temporary redness and slight swelling. This increased blood flow can create the appearance of fuller lips for a short period. Brushing the lips with a toothbrush can help exfoliate the surface layer of dead skin cells, promoting smoother and potentially plumper looking lips, removing the buildup of dead skin cells.
¡ lip liner (love the Charlotte Tilbury liner & MAC lip pencil)
¡ ombrÊ lips effect
¡ keep them plump & glossy
¡ if you want to whiten your teeth I suggest you get professional teeth whitening or use whitening teeth strips (if you have sensitive teeth, make sure to buy the right kind because you risk damaging the area)
get rid of face fat & bloating
Bloating significantly impacts your appeal by concealing the underlying bone structure, which plays a crucial role in defining the contours of your face.
Without well-defined bone structure, your facial features appear less distinct & with a rounder appearance, and it becomes challenging to achieve the desired prominent cheek bone effect.
This is probably the simplest way to get the perfect jawline ; all you have to do is massage your face regularly. A good massage will boost blood circulation and tone your facial structure. Make sure to start massaging from the bottom to the top, to prevent sagging. In case youâre asking yourself if this really works, believe it does. Stay consistent.
Even though you will hear many people say that 5-6 hours of sleep is sufficient for them, it isnât enough to look your best. Without 8-10 hours of sleep, your body will start looking tired, and your face will look bloated and fluffy.Â
¡ avoid SALT & SUGAR & CARBS
Why? Because salt, sugar & carbohydrates each have distinct effects on your body that contribute to bloating. Refined carbohydrates, as well as excessive sugar intake (particularly added sugars that convert into glucose), can cause blood sugar spikes and subsequently lead to bloating. These substances, such as sugar (glucose), have the ability to draw water from your body or hinder its proper absorption.
¡ eat POTASSIUM (spinach, kale, sweet potatoes, bananas, avocados, spinach, tomatoes, watermelon)
¡ do intermittent fasting
¡ rub an ice cube on your skin in the morning, as ice tightens your skin and helps reduce puffiness.
¡ drink 3L of water daily
It is very important to prioritize the consumption of a substantial amount of water every day. Water plays a vital role in flushing out sodium from the body, effectively reducing sodium levels. Also, water intake helps regulate the body's water balance, preventing unnecessary water retention that can lead to facial bloating and puffiness.
¡ do face massages
¡ contour & bronze your cheeks
¡ mewing : smile with closed mouth and swallow, donât force your tongue. Itâs about keeping your tongue in the correct position at all times. There is also a bunch of videos on YouTube.
IN SUMMARY
¡ working out
¡ intermidate fasting and calorie deficit
¡ drink a ton of water
¡ try to eat less salt, sugar, carbs
¡ eat more potassium (bananas, potatoes...)
¡ rub an ice cube on your skin
hair
¡ Kerastase shampoo & conditioner and dyson for styling
¡ when doing a high ponytail or bun, donât forget to slick back your baby hairs around your ears
¡ rinse your conditioner with cold water
(locks in the moisture, makes your hair look smooth, shiny & reduces frizz)
¡ use a scalp massager 5 minutes
(stimulates & exfoliates the scalp)
¡ do Aloe Vera hair masks
¡ use homemade rosemary oil
¡ microfibre towel - dries your hair x2 faster plus it is so much better than a regular towel! Why? Microfibre treats your hair with care to help prevent frizziness
¡ add coffee to your shampoo (stimulates and exfoliates the scalp). Itâs a great alternative to scalp scrubs
¡ rice water rinse twice a week
body
The ideal waist to hip ratio backed by science is 0.6. The target 0.6 ratio is ideal and is genetic, so don't blame yourself if your natural physique doesn't fit it. Enhancing it to 0.6 requires hard work & surgery, implants if you're not naturally gifted. 0.6 is ideal and 0.7 is average. It's bone structure / genetic, if you're already slim and don't have 0.6 it's not your fault. You can only get the desired (0.6) by surgery or possibly by extreme diet if you don't have it genetically.
Our bodies as women influences the type of men we attract. You attract and get chased by higher quality, financially well and genetically attractive men. It's because slimness is associated with elegance, higher class and higher social status. It also signals good health and youthfulness and that you respect your body enough to keep it healthy.
Capture body images
Take photos from the front, side, and back angles, along with a face selfie. This step is crucial and can serve as a powerful source of inspiration in the future when you feel demotivated or lose interest.
Measure your weight
I strongly recommend stepping on the scale on day one, the day you genuinely embark on your weight loss journey. This will be another significant step as it helps establish your starting point and, as you make progress, serves as motivation to keep going.
Develop a plan
Whether your plan is to follow a diet (ketogenic diet & intermittent fasting), to get a gym membership or to buy a scale : reflect on your goals and determine what you want to achieve such as how much you want to lose weight. You need to make a plan that you can fully commit to. And get it done.
Portion control
Although what you eat does matter, its about how much of it you eat. Youâre going to consume smaller portions of whatever food, but make sure your plate is smaller because itâs all about calorie deficit. Also try to limit snacking as such as you can, because itâs not a little bar thatâs going to make you any fuller. For 15 minutes maybe, but at at what cost? Eat proper meals (in smaller plates). But if you really have trouble with restricting yourself to a smaller plate I advise you to eat foods that are voluminous but low in calories. For example one cookie (15g) is small & thin, filled with 150 calories. But on the other hand, 1 kg of lettuce is 150 calories. See the difference? Same calories but different amount.
The Glow-Up Is a Lifestyle: 10 Ways to Elevate Your Everyday
by Soleau Club
If you're still thinking of a glow-up as a one-time thing, let's shift that energy. The glow-up is a lifestyle, not a crash course. It's how you pour your water, speak to yourself, and curate your entire damn aura. Here's how I subtly (but dramatically) elevate my everyday to keep it soft, hot, and high-vibe.
Folding laundry becomes a reset ritual when Sade is playing and thereâs lavender mist in the air. Iâm not "cleaning the kitchen" â Iâm clearing space for my next manifestation.
Iâm not punishing her with workouts or starving her. I move her with joy. I feed her with care. I rest her with luxury. Sheâs my ride-or-die, so I act like it.
Overbooked = overwhelmed = out of alignment. Iâve started turning things down that donât feel like a full-body yes. If it doesnât light me up or calm me down, itâs a no.
Hydration is a personality trait. I have one bottle for bed, one for my car, one that looks cute in Instagram pics â and I rotate through them like they're part of my identity.
Everything around me either adds to my peace or disrupts it. I choose candles, playlists, lighting, textures, and colors that feel like me. That is self-respect.
Walking slower. Eating slower. Answering slower. When I stopped rushing, I started glowing. Slow = sensual = regulated = powerful.
If Iâm doom scrolling and comparing, I log out. If my vibe is off, I donât keep feeding it content. I detox like I detox sugar â regularly and unapologetically.
If itâs not aligned, calming, inspiring, or luxurious in some way⌠Iâm not buying it. Wealth starts with how you invest your attention, your time, and yes â your dollars.
Some days the vibe isnât a green smoothie in a silk robe â itâs eating popcorn in mismatched pajamas while watching early 2000s rom-coms. That counts. That heals.
Iâm not waiting to âglow up.â Iâm embodying it. I wear the perfume now. I eat the nourishing food now. I take care of myself now. And suddenly, Iâm already her.
Follow @soleauclub for more soft glam wellness, ritual-coded glow-ups, and hot girl elevation that lasts all year.
Socialite In Training đŚ
Go out to dinner at least once a week. Try places youâve never been before. Make an effort to hit up as many places in your city as you can so that you will always have good recommendations for people, reviews on whatâs good and whatâs bad, and get to know different areas better. Obviously donât go broke doing this. Just try to dine out as often as financially feasible for you. Be friendly with the staff and make an impression on them and trust me, the special treatment will quickly come once you become a regular.
Always dress tf up. No matter if youâre walking your dog, grocery shopping, getting your nails done, depositing a check at the bank, or making a dentist appointment. Always look cute. This doesnât mean you need to bust out a ball gown, but make sure your clothes look good, hair is done, accessories are on, and your personal style shines bright. Donât just put on items. Give the girls a Look.
Take multiple vacations a year. At least one should be by plane to your location of choice but if you donât have the budget to do several far away trips per year, fill up your calendar with staycations at hotels that offer activities, resorts, spend a few days staying with some friends who are out of state, and any other getaway that appeals to you. A 2 day trip to a city thatâs just a few hours drive from your house can absolutely be an amazing vacation. I do it all the time!
Expand your social circle and actually make plans with them. A trip to the nail salon with one, a joint grocery shopping trip with another, lunch at that cool place youâve been frequenting with the third. Be a social butterfly. Make memories with people, even if they are just casual outings. If you meet someone and hit it off, text them! Make a plan to hang out and do something.
Be the flashiest and most authentic version of you. Buy the things you like and wear them with showstopping confidence. Use the phrases and slang words you like. Donât be shy to listen to the music that is your guilty pleasure or watch your favorite shows that no one else seems to care about. Embrace every part of you and wear it proudly.
Go to all of the cool events in your area. Restaurant openings, new store openings, promotional events, community gatherings etc etc. Try to always keep fun events on your horizon. Plus itâll give you more chances to wear those cute outfits you feel too shy to wear on a normal day just bopping around target. Those leather pants and strappy heels arenât gonna wear themself!

Thank youuu!!! I love it! â¤

Cultivating Your Signature It Girl Aesthetic | THE IT GIRL DIARIES
Fashion and style are critical components of the ideal It Girl. However, style is not about following every trend, you are the inspiration, the trendsetter, the It Girl style is about creating a look that is uniquely yours, an appearance that no one else can replicate but instead only have deep admiration for it. Itâs about creating a personal brand that feels true to who you are and owning it.
How to discover and curate your signature look?
Identify your fashion preferences. Are you drawn to classy elegance, barbie doll pink, edgy streetwear, coquette or bohemian chic? Curate a wardrobe that reflects this aesthetic consistently. Identifying your aesthetic does not mean limiting yourself to only that, else you're just another follower taking inspiration from the trendsetter. Take your aesthetic and make it your own, add your touch of personality and characteristic to it, give it a bit of you.
Build your wardrobe around staple pieces that can be mixed and matched. Classic items like plain white or black tees, versatile denim, fitted slacks, clothing that can never go out of style because it can always be made into something more.
Celebrate what makes you you. If you have big lips or eyes, find ways to accentuate them! Instead of conforming to trends that don't serve your look, embrace and elevate your features. For instance, laminating your brows for a neat, polished appearance instead of shaving them all off and redrawing them on like.. Discover beauty techniques that enhance your natural beauty rather than masking it.
Your hair is one of your defining traits! Whether you have silky straight hair or kinky 4b curls, a consistent haircare routine helps you feel polished and put together. Invest in treatments that align with your hair type and goalsâlike deep conditioning and hot oil treatments for moisture and strength. If you love to wear your hair sleek, using heat protectants and frizz control products will help maintain your signature look while preventing damage.
You donât have to spend hours on makeup to feel fabulous. Find key beauty steps that give you lasting results, like applying a lip tint every third day to keep your lips subtly flushed without constant reapplication. Design a makeup routine that emphasizes your key features. A weekly face mask tailored to your skinâs needs helps keep your complexion glowing. Embrace easy, effective beauty hacks that fit seamlessly into your routine.
True elegance comes from appearance and how you carry yourself. Paying attention to skin, hair, and environmental cleanliness, moving with grace and poise. Keeping things simple yet chic, whether itâs maintaining a daily skincare routine or practicing oil pullingâensure youâre always putting your best self forward. The key is consistency and subtlety, qualities that define It Girl charm.
The It Girl aesthetic isnât about following every trendâitâs about finding what works for you and sticking with it. Your style and beauty choices should reflect what feels comfortable and sustainable for you.
Your personal style should reflect who you are on the inside and help you radiate confidence. Discover what feels authentic, and from there, curate a signature It Girl aesthetic that highlights your best self.

small life lessons we can all pick up from audrey hepburn âĄ
be kind: what is more beautiful than someone who is genuinely kind? there was no doubt audrey had a huge heart! among her many amazing qualities this is what also magnified her beauty, she was a philanthropist and did humanitarian work around the world, constantly at aid to the people who needed it. audrey hepburn believed in kindness, she treated everyone around her with respect.
when you are kind your aura immediately becomes brighter, you attract what you put out into the world and people who are the same will naturally gravitate towards you because of the positive energy youâre putting out. treat everyone around you how you would like to be treated, say your pleases and thank youâs, give out compliments, and most importantly spread love!
âfor beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.â ~ audrey hepburn
âremember, if you ever need a helping hand, itâs at the end of your arm. as you get older, remember you have another hand: the first is to help yourself, the second is to help others.â ~ audrey hepburn
learn languages: audrey was fluent in 6 languages! learning a new language brings you closer to the people and the culture for sure, and improves so many functions in your brain as well! It brings you so many job opportunities, and more of an excuse to travel the world!
the best part about learning a language in the twenty first century is that there is access to soooo much information for free online! youtube, tumblr, and language exchange apps have so much information when it comes to common languages people are learning around the world.
audrey speaking italian âĄ:
be graceful: audrey hepburn exuded grace, despite all of the hardships she experienced in life including the natzi occupation in her home which resulted into a lot of unfortunate events, she still followed the things close to her heart like practicing ballet and attending classes before and after the occupation, becoming a actress and movie star, and devoting her time and energy to UNICEF. what a hard working woman!
audrey also had amazing posture from her ballet background and spoke to everyone soft and smoothly, it was so pleasant to hear her speak!
being graceful makes you radiate from the inside out, itâs in how you speak to yourself and others, itâs how you carry yourself, itâs giving your best to everything you do and are passionate about and wanting to better yourself as a person, itâs walking with confidence with everything you do that it will rub off on the people around you as well! walk tall with your shoulders back and chin held high, walk into your grace and own it!
apply these 3 things to your daily life and watch yourself slowly bloom into a person who is improving day by day into a lovely human being âĄ
how to live your life like the BRATZ âĄ

self care !!
you deserve to be treated with the upmost care. schedule times to pamper yourself and also check in with yourself.
taking care of your mind and body goes hand and hand.
for caring for your mind:
meditate, journal your thoughts down, do some yoga, connect to your religion/spirituality if you follow one, make affirmations for yourself that cater to your needs, practice gratitude.
for caring for your body:
create your own spa! indulge in a bubble bath or relaxing shower where you can use yummy scented body washes/soaps/exfoliators and body conditioners, do a hair mask, give yourself a manicure and pedicure, do your eyebrows, have a set skincare routine that is catered personally to your skin problems/goals, give yourself a head massage, wear matching or yummy scented lotions and perfumes, work out, try new delicious recipes and make sure you are eating good for your body.
hobbies !!
all of the girls had their own hobbies they were into! explore new hobbies or start the ones youâve always been wanting to do but have been putting off! not only are they fun but they enhance your life! you get to learn more about yourself and find out possible hidden talents or grow new ones, you meet new people and make new friends too whether itâs you doing the actual hobby or running across someone who enjoys the same things that you do! some hobbies to consider:
any dance class: ballet, hip-hop, k-pop etc.
photography
any sport: tennis, ice skating, golfing, etc.
gardening
reading & writing
camping
crafting
blogging
cooking & baking
school and personal goals !!
one thing i love about the bratz is that they took their education seriously and helped each other whenever one of them needed the help. nothing is more fabulous than being educated and ambitious. you can do anything you put your mind to. ďżź
create a study schedule for yourself and limit your distractions, when itâs time to study put your phone away and remove anything that you know will serve as a distraction to you, give yourself breaks from here and there too!
create a vision board! cut and paste pictures of things you want for your future onto a poster board or be creative and draw and color everything out! this is a great reminder everyday for yourself if you put it somewhere youâll be able to see whenever you wake up or a spot in your room that youâre always looking at for example. (what you focus on grows!)
jot down all the things you want to do or improve on, whether thats creating good habits for yourself, learning a new language, etc.

leveling up to your dreamgirl version of yourself 2022 âĄ
upgrading by recognizing your self worth!
- value and self worth go hand in hand with each other.
a wise woman once said âif you want to know what your self worth is like look at all the things you are tolerating in your life right now, this will show you what you think your value is, what your worth is and how you are undervaluing yourself.â
when you donât know your value you will sell yourself short. ask yourself this question right now, where does your self worth come from and will your self worth change because of that if it were to disappear?
- your self worth should not be external, so it should not come from the opinion of others. the moment you allow that to happen what other people say about you becomes your reality. your self worth also shouldnât be measured by your accomplishments or the things you are able to do. your self worth is not your physical appearance, how many followers you have, or how much money you make. you were worthy the day you were born, your self worth comes from your spirit it comes from connections to yourself. your self worth will show in the way you interact with people, the way you talk to yourself, and the way you treat yourself and other people. so make sure you are constantly reminding yourself just how amazing and precious you are.
- now your value. your value has to meet what you are settling for in life, so if you know you are amazing and have high value why are you settling for less? do not let other people bully you into having lower standards.
- do not lower your standards to make other people comfortable, when you leave room to do so people will take that opportunity to value you at ANY price and thatâs what we donât want when we know just how much we are worth. a wise woman also once said âlouis vuitton does not go on sale. fendi does not go on sale. prada does not go on sale. why? because it costs what it costs.â
- boundaries and standards also show your value to others, when people come into your life and see no boundaries and standards they will treat you how you treat yourself. boundaries keep you safe donât be afraid to make them. standards will also keep you happy if you obtain them.
so there we have it lovelies i hope this post can aid you on your journey to see your full potential âĄ

Why You Need a âHot Girl Resetâ Every Single Week
by Soleau Club
If youâre trying to look good, feel good, and live a life thatâs giving main character on a yacht in Capriâyou need a weekly reset.
Not want. Need.
Because no matter how hot, healed, or high-functioning you are, life gets chaotic. Your skincare piles up, your inbox is scary, and you forget who you are mid-week (been there, babe).
Thatâs where the Hot Girl Reset comes in.
Itâs not just cleaning your apartment or doing a face mask. Thatâs maintenance. A Hot Girl Reset is a full system recalibration. A ritual. A vibe. A weekly ceremony of self-devotion.
Itâs how you become that girlâagain and again.
Start with your physical environment. Because if your room looks like chaos, your brain is chaos.
Strip your bed and do fresh sheets
Open the windows, let the light in
Wipe down everything (even your vibe)
Light incense or palo santo like youâre banishing demons (aka last weekâs stress)
Then detox your energy:
Sage your aura with sound bowls or BeyoncĂŠ
Take a long, borderline indulgent shower with body oil and scalp massage
Delete those texts. You know the ones.
Hot girls donât run on chaos. They run on calendars and rituals.
Plan your week in your cute planner (yes, stickers allowed)
Make a grocery list of bloat-free, glow-boosting foods
Set 3 goals maxâbecause overwhelm is not chic
Put your vitamins in that little pill organizer (weâre grown)
Bonus points if you color-code. Double bonus if you film it for content. Triple if you romanticize the whole thing with a matcha latte in hand.
This is where it gets juicy. Reset your beauty, baby.
Dry brush, exfoliate, and oil your body like youâre a Greek goddess
Wash your makeup brushes (yes, youâve been putting bacteria on your face)
Put on a hair mask and pretend youâre in a spa commercial
Pick your outfits for the week that scream rich, rested, and unbothered
Weâre not just resettingâweâre rebranding. Every Sunday.
Hot girls protect their inner peace like itâs Prada.
Journal: âWhat am I releasing this week?â + âWhat am I calling in?â
Meditateâeven if itâs just 4 minutes in silence with your hand on your heart
Listen to a podcast that makes you feel elevated, not overstimulated
Sip a sleepy girl mocktail and go to bed early (beauty sleep is a business strategy)
When you reset weekly, you:
Reduce anxiety (because your lifeâs not a mess)
Boost confidence (because youâre in control)
Show your nervous system itâs safe now
Reconnect with your vision board self (the baddie youâre becoming)
Your Hot Girl Reset is your anchor. Your power source. Your soft armor.
It says, âI respect myself too much to stay in chaos.â
This isnât about being perfect. Itâs about being intentional. Itâs about saying: âI deserve a life that feels like a Pinterest boardâbecause I built it that way.â
So light that candle. Put on your spa playlist. Romanticize the mundane.
And remember: A Hot Girl Reset is not a luxury. Itâs a lifestyle.

My Gut Health Routine That Doesnât Involve Kimchi
by Soleau Club
I love a good wellness trend. But some of these gut health girlies are out here raw-dogging kimchi at 8AM and acting like itâs normal.
I tried. I really did. But fermented cabbage just doesnât spark joy.
So I made it my mission to build a gut routine that actually feels cute, works without trauma, and keeps me bloat-free in bikinis without sacrificing taste buds or sanity.
Welcome to Gut Health for Hot Girlsâthe kimchi-free edition.
Yes, I still do the hot lemon water thingâbut I leveled it up with:
A pinch of pink Himalayan salt for minerals
A splash of aloe juice (I swear by it for digestion)
Sometimes a dash of apple cider vinegar, if Iâm feeling brave
Itâs like a gentle internal shower that whispers, âLetâs digest things like European girls do.â
No weird fermented jars here. I keep it cute and easy with:
A non-dairy probiotic capsule (look for one with at least 20B CFUs)
Or a shot of coconut water kefir (mild, sweet, and gut-loving)
Bonus points: I store my probiotics next to my skincare so I never forget. Pretty girl digestion > chaos digestion.
Hereâs the tea no one tells you: your gut is deeply petty and reacts to your stress like a dramatic ex. If youâre anxious, overwhelmed, or doomscrolling on an empty stomachâyour gut feels it.
So every day, I do one of these:
A quick 5-minute breathwork sesh
EFT tapping (donât knock it till you try it)
Journaling out stress before meals so I donât eat in panic mode
These are my go-to de-bloat queens:
Ginger tea (warm, comforting, helps everything move)
Peppermint capsules (miracle for gas + indigestion)
Magnesium citrate at night for gentle âmovementâ if ya know what I mean
Also⌠I eat pineapple almost daily because itâs cute and has enzymes. Functional â¨and⨠flirty.
Instead of obsessing over food rules, I follow the âHot Girl Plateâ formula:
Protein (for blood sugar + metabolism)
Healthy fats (avocado, olive oil, seeds)
Fiber-rich carbs (veggies, fruit, sweet potato, or a little sourdough)
No side of shame included
This keeps me full, satisfied, and not bloated like a deflated pool float.
I donât chug ice water with meals (bad for digestion, sorry)
I donât snack 24/7 (I give my gut breaks to digest like the boss she is)
I donât take random supplements I saw on TikTok (unless Iâve researched the heck out of them)
And noâstill no kimchi. Not even a cute pickled radish.
Gut health doesnât have to feel gross, overwhelming, or smell like a fermented nightmare.
It can be:
chic,
intuitive,
and a little luxurious.
All it takes is the right ritual and a few ride-or-die habits that work for you. So ditch the shame, keep the glow, and listen to your body (not just your For You Page).
Because a happy gut = a hot girl.
Follow @soleauclub for more soft wellness, slow beauty, and chill-girl fitness that fits your real life.
Some people should be ashamed of their minds not looks
Meeting people again after your personality rebrand is so awks
Rest and relaxationâŚđ¸
Drink at least 2 bottles (or more) of water each day. Staying hydrated can boost energy levels, aid body in breaking down waste & help clear your skin by flushing out toxins!
Make your bed first thing in the morning - because a clean space can lead to a clean mind!
Do a quick 3-to-10-minute cardio workout 4-5x a week. Doing so can boost your mood and confidence while helping you build consistency. This habit can pave the way for exercising more often and for longer periods, contributing to your overall glow-up journey!
Meditate for 5 minutes or more. Doing so grounds you in the present moment and helps you tune into thoughts or physical feelings you might be ignoring. It's a simple way to relax and melt away stress.
Affirm regularly! Affirmations can rewire your subconscious beliefs and dissolve mental blockages. Remember, lasting external change starts with internal transformationâif you donât trust or love yourself, you might unknowingly block the abundance youâre manifesting.
Spend more time creating, not consuming! Logging out and diving into art, music, writing, or any form of creativity feeds your soul in ways scrolling never will. Itâs a chance to recharge your mind, discover new passions, and find fulfillment in making something truly your own.
Go outside, boo! Yeah, sprawling on your bed sounds super tempting (I get it), but we need sunlight! Take a small walk around your neighborhood, visit a park, or simply sit on your porch or backyard. The sun's rays are packed with vitamin D, which supports strong bones, boosts your immune system, and even improves your mood. And spending time outdoors can help clear your mind, reduce stress, and reconnect you with nature.
Prioritize rest and sleep. Glow-ups donât happen overnightâliterally! While hustle culture pushes the idea of ânever stopâ to become the ultimate âit girl,â true productivity starts with balance. Rest isnât lazinessâitâs an essential recharge. How can we show up as our best, higher selves if weâre running on empty? Weâre not machines. Restâboth physically and mentallyâis the foundation for sustainable growth, glowing skin, and thriving in every way.
While this post was originally written for me, I hope these tips inspire or help someone else on their journey too. Remember, the most productive thing you can ever do is prioritize yourself. Care for your body, nurture your mind, and show yourself the same kindness you so freely give to othersâyou deserve it. Appreciate who you are right now. Self-improvement shouldnât come from a place of self-hateâyouâre not something that needs fixing or a puzzle piece that has to fit in with the crowd. Work on yourself for yourself, because you love who you are, and want to see yourself thrive. đđđЎ
đ a love letter to the girls who feel everything all at once
hi angel. mindy here.
i just want to talk to you for a second. not as a persona, not as a brand, not even as a blog, but as a girl who started typing into a blank text box one day and never stopped.
because the truth is, i didnât make this blog because i was healed. i made it because i was hurting.
and somewhere between the aesthetic pinterest photos, the late-night diary entries, the posts that only got 3 notes, the 2am reblogs of girls who looked like soft versions of my pain... i found something. i found you.
âż
i didnât know i was creating a life raft when i made this blog. but looking back, i can see it so clearly now: i was a girl who needed a safe place to feel everything. to be too much, too emotional, too ambitious, too dreamy. irl, i felt like i was being graded for everything, my appearance, my intelligence, my tone of voice, even the way i sat in a chair. everything had to be curated and clean and perfect.
but on here? on tumblr? i could fall apart in lowercase.
i could write things like âi feel like a forgotten ballerina in a dusty theaterâ and no one would ask me if i was okay. theyâd just reblog it with âme too.â and somehow, that felt more healing than any conversation iâd ever had.
âż
girlblogging didnât just save my life. it gave me one.
a life where i could romanticize my flashcards, where healing could look like claw clips and classical music and drinking water in a wine glass. a life where i could turn loneliness into poetry and ambition into art. a life where i wasnât just surviving... i was curating, creating, soft-launching a girl i had always dreamed of being.
i started girlblogging when i didnât have the words for what i was feeling. but now i know, it was grief. it was burnout. it was self-abandonment. and slowly, one pink post-it thought at a time, i started writing my way back to myself.
âż
when people ask what girlblogging even is, i just smile. because itâs not something you can explain in one sentence. itâs something you feel.
itâs the way you post blurry photos of your eyeliner because it makes you feel powerful. itâs the way you build entire personalities out of fictional girls like spencer hastings, wonyoung, cher horowitz, and elle woods. itâs the way you turn your trauma into templates and your survival into routines. itâs how we whisper âyouâre not aloneâ to each other through digital scraps of diaries, gifs, playlists, and checklists titled ⧠how to feel like yourself again.
girlblogging is archiving your girlhood in real-time. and i think thatâs the most radical thing weâve ever done.
âż
iâve met girls here who are quiet geniuses. girls who write like moonlight. girls who study like the world is ending. girls whoâve taught me how to rest, how to flirt with life again, how to turn breakdowns into soft resets. girls who made me feel seen in a way real life never did.
and the best part? theyâre just like me. just like you. weâre all here, in this glittery corner of the internet, building worlds from our bedrooms, lighting candles for each other, sending each other healing in the form of moodboards and poetry and routines.
this is a community of unspoken survival. we never say it directly. we just post something beautiful and hope someone else recognizes the ache behind it.
and we do. every time.
âż
so this is my love letter. to you. to the girlbloggers. to the dreamers who stayed up late to make a new aesthetic header even though they had homework. to the girls who reblogged posts about self-worth while silently trying to believe them. to the ones who took notes like it was an artform. to the ones who healed in lowercase and sparkles. to the ones who are still learning how to love themselves in soft, sustainable ways.
you saved me. girlblogging saved me. you taught me how to live again.
and i just want to say... whatever youâre going through, youâre not weird for needing this space. youâre not cringey for making everything an aesthetic. youâre not âtoo muchâ for feeling everything at once.
youâre just a girl in the middle of becoming. and thatâs a sacred thing.
never let the world convince you that softness isnât powerful. it is. it always has been.
âż
so keep posting your little poems and guides. keep updating your theme at 1am. keep reblogging things that feel like you. because maybe girlblogging isnât about being seen. maybe itâs about seeing yourself for the first time in forever.
and maybe thatâs enough.

irresistibly sweet
âyou literally smell edible, what scent is that?â
đŚđ think warm sugar cookies, vanilla frosting, sweet cotton candy, and creamy cinnamon buns â the kind of scents that turn heads and have people wondering what just walked by (ps. its you!)
I went through my entire collection to find the best products thatâll have you smelling like a literal treat â whether you want fresh-baked vibes or full-on candy-coated goodness, these picks will leave a sweet trail wherever you go â¤ď¸ Ëââ§
disclaimer:Â these are all recommendations based on the products I own. I have tried all of these products myself and can strongly recommend them
fragrances
1. Sweet Tooth - Sabrina Carpenter ( â¤ď¸ )
as a gourmand girlie, Sweet Tooth hits all the right spots for me. the scent is a burst of sweetness of marshmallow, sugar & ginger. the hint of ginger isnât my favorite thing in the world, but it still dries down to smell super yummy
2. Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere - Philosophy ( â¤ď¸ )
this one is basically the older sister of sweet tooth. they smell nearly identical! this fragrance has all the sweetness of sweet tooth without the ginger note. this fragrance also lasts much longer on the skin and forever on clothes! def one of my favorites
3. Viva La Juicy SucrĂŠ - Juicy Couture ( â¤ď¸ )
I made a post going through the notes of this fragrance, and itâs so yummy! it smells super sweet with a hint of citrus. think candy and marshmallows mixed with citrus fruits
4. Tease Sugar Fleur - Victoriaâs Secret ( â¤ď¸ )
my go to scent for the summer! but, it doesnât smell anything like the name. this fragrance smells like a green candy apple with a super soft, floral feminine undertone. sweet, but in a fruity way
5. Warm Cookie (body mist) - VS Pink ( â¤ď¸ )
this one was a seasonal scent that came out in fall 2024, but will all be one of my favs from pink! with notes of gingerbread, vanilla icing, and gumdrops, the mist smells like a fruity sugar cookie. that might not sound appealing and itâs not the scentsome people were expecting, but I really love it!
lotions & body butters
1. Sweet Cream (body milk) - prty grl beauty ( â¤ď¸ )
sweet cream is mentioned many times in this post because its just sooo good! it literally smells like whipped cream and a vanilla ice cream cone. compared to all the other sweet cream products Iâve tried (body wash, body oil, etc) the body milk has a stronger sugary smell to it (which I love!)
2. Cinnamon Buns (body milk) - prty grl beauty ( â¤ď¸ )
smells exactly like cinammon rolls, but not as sweet as the matching body scrub in my opinion. the cinnamon is very strong in the body milk, and you might like that! I would recommend this pairing this with a vanilla lotion
3. Glazed Donut (body milk) - prty grl beauty ( â¤ď¸ )
words canât explain my love for this scent. in the summer I love pairing this with the eos vanilla cashmere lotion. it smells exactly like a fresh box of donuts from krispy kreme mixed with fruit pebbles. itâs a very sweet scent and will forever be one of my favs!
4. Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere (lotion) - Philosophy ( â¤ď¸ )
smells just like warm baked cookies! this is a more mature gourmand vanilla as it smells like a less artificial version of bath and body worksâ warm vanilla sugar. I usually pair it with the matching perfume and the sweet creem body oil from prty grl beauty. I smell just like a bakery!
5. Sugar Cookie (lotion) - Native ( â¤ď¸ )
the best way to describe this scent would be animal crackers + sugar cubes. itâs extremely sweet! this can be a good or bad thing, depending on what you like. if iâm going for a cupcake and sugar scent, iâll grab this and lather it all over
shower products
1. Fresh Cream (body wash) - Philosophy ( â¤ď¸ )
âits perfect for those who like sweet, powdery, and soft scentsâ! this body wash is super lactonic compared to the warm cashmere version. itâs a very light scent which can make it underwhelming for some people, but perfect for layering with other products
2. Sugar Cookie (body wash) - Native ( â¤ď¸ )
smells identical to the lotion and hair products. I have almost all the products in this line and I can recommend all of them. with sugar, butter, and vanilla notes, youâll step out of the shower smells delectable AF
3. Sugar Cookie (shampoo & conditioner) - Native ( â¤ď¸ )
these two are literally the key to having sweet smelling hair. I absolutely love using this combo on my hair! I would def recommend these products if you donât know which yummy scented shampoo & conditioner to go with
4. Sweet Cream (body wash & scrub) - prty grl beauty ( â¤ď¸ )
omgâŚwhere do I even begin?! these two products smell sooo good and so sweet! literally a vanilla ice cream cone. as much as I love the smell of these, theyâre extremely light in scent. i would recommend using a body wash from another brand before using this one
5. Cinnamon Buns (body scrub) - prty grl beauty ( â¤ď¸ )
smells exactly like cinnabon and freshly made cinnamon buns. if you like the smell of those, youâll love this scrub. i pair it with the cinnamon buns body wash from philosophy as they go sooo well together!
body oils
1. Glazed Donut - prty grl beauty ( â¤ď¸ )
very similar scent to the matching body milk. I love the consistency with all the scents from this brand! if you love the smell of freshly made glazed donuts, youâll love this. I like to layer this with other scents, but using this with the matching body milk will have you smelling so so sweet
2. Sweet Cream - prty grl beauty ( â¤ď¸ )
my all time favorite body oil!! it smells sooo sweet and yummy (my bf loves this one!) if you want to smell exactly like a vanilla cupcake, pair this with vanilla & dreamy from vs pink or eos vanilla cashmere. I will wear this scent till I die
3. Brown Sugar Baby - prty grl beauty ( â¤ď¸ )
sweet and strong. it smells exactly like brown sugar syrup with a hint of caramel and in my opinion the perfect body oil pairing with any vanilla lotion! I love pairing it with eos vanilla cashmere. this body oil will have you smelling delicious and edible!
honorable mentions
more product recs to consider Ëââ§
1. Vanilla Cashmere (lotion) - eos ( â¤ď¸ )
one of the best layering lotions for gourmand perfumes and body oils! it goes so well with other baskery-esque scents. this lotion is a staple in any gourmand-lovers collection because of how great it is for layering
2. Sticky Dates (body spray) - Lush ( â¤ď¸ )
this is an extremely strong scent that I would only recommend using with another scent. this smells nearly identical to maple syrup and caramel. itâs sickeningly sweet (which you might like) but smells too much like maple syrup for me to wear on its own
3. Cake Pop (perfume oil) - prty grl beauty ( â¤ď¸ )
I really like this one! it smells like a sweet vanilla cake + icing, but not exactly like a birthday cake pop from starbucks. an extremely soft and subtle scent that I love using for my bakery smelling routines!

hii looves so this blog is all abt how to optimizing your day for peak academic performance. This four-part daily system is the exact routine used during exam season especially finals to consistently achieve top grades with minimal stress. While the routine may appear complex at first glance it is built upon simple, intuitive principles rooted in human biology and psychology. It is not only practical but highly effective when followed consistently. Youâll learn to structure your day around ur natural energy cycles, use tools to boost focus, and incorporate essential periods of rest and release to maintain motivation and productivity.
SECTION 1: UNDERSTANDING UR ENERGY RHYTHM
The routine is built around the concept of the circadian rhythm, your bodyâs natural energy cycle throughout the day. On a standard day for example :
Energy peaks shortly after waking typically around 6:00 AM.
Energy dips mid-afternoon often around 2:30 or 3:00 PM.
A secondary energy peak occurs in the evening approximately around 7:00 PM.
Energy tapers off as bedtime approaches.
This predictable fluctuation is key to optimizing your study schedule. The two energy peaks will be your core study sessions, while the dip will be used as a rest period, and the late-night wind-down becomes your release period or bedtime .
SECTION 2: THE MORNING STUDY SESSION (STUDY SESSION #1)
ââ ⧠Start Within One Hour of Waking Up
Your goal is to begin studying as soon as possible after waking, ideally within the first hour. Use the high energy of the morning to tackle your most challenging subjects.do ur morning routine quick as possible don't do intense workout or stuff like this cuz u will waste ur energy so always have a specific morning routine for days like these ! And u can workout go to the gym or whatever at the rest period !
Pre-Study Essentials:
1. Set Your Daily Goals (5 minutes)
Before starting, sit with a notebook or your computer and write down what you intend to accomplish. Be specific. Define exact tasks e.g. which past papers youâll solve, which topics to review so u will be more organized during the day
2. Activate Focus with Three Optional Tools:
Caffeine â coffee, yerba mate, or tea to boost dopamine and adrenaline.
Cold Showers â a physiological wake-up that increases alertness (personally I don't do that lmao but if u can that's good !)
Focus Warm-up (1â2 minutes) â pick a point in your environment and concentrate on it intensely. This warms up your cognitive focus system before you start.
ââ â§Deep Work Sprint Format
Commit to a 2â4 hour study block.
Use timed work intervals: e.g., 25â30 minutes of focused work followed by 5-minute breaks.
Use a visual timer to create urgency and focus. This serves as a âdeadline generator,â helping you push harder and maintain hope by offering visible progress.
â âškey principle: work Like a warrior
Study in focused sprints. The more intense your focus, the less time youâll need to study. The idea is depth over duration not 12 hours of mediocre attention, but 2â4 hours of deep concentration.
SECTION 3: MIDDAY REST PERIOD
Timing: After First Study Block Ends (~Early Afternoon)
At this point in the day, your energy naturally dips. Itâs essential to give yourself permission to rest. This period is not for distractions like Netflix, YouTube, or social media.
ââ ⧠Approved Activities:
Exercise or light sports
Socializing with friends/family
Taking a walk, especially outdoors
Napping (ideal: 20 minutes)
The goal here is active recovery choose activities that contrast focused work. Avoid anything with dopamine stimulation that mimics your âvicesâ or release behaviors.so this break allows your mind to reset, preventing burnout and increasing productivity in the next session.
SECTION 4: EVENING STUDY SESSION (STUDY SESSION #2)
Timing: During the Second Energy Peak (~6:00â8:00 PM)
Return for your second battle. This session is similar in structure to the morning study session, but with a few differences:
ââ ⧠Change Your Environment:
Consider studying in a different location e.g., library, a new room, or another productive setting. (Personally I move from my desk to the guest room cuz it's far from family chaotic activities ifykyk )
This provides novelty and reduces boredom, which helps counteract distractions that are more likely to arise in the evening.
ââ ⧠Eliminate Distractions:
If possible, leave your phone behind take that shit in another room
Create a space where your brain associates the environment with productivity.
ââ ⧠Study Format:
Continue using timed sprints.
Session length: 2 to 3 hours, depending on your focus reserves.
The goal is to extract one final productive effort from your remaining focus reserves for the day.
SECTION 5: NIGHTLY RELEASE PERIOD
Timing: 1â2 Hours Before Bed
This period is crucial and often overlooked. It functions as your psychological release valve a scheduled time for indulging in your âvicesâ or desires.
ââ ⧠why it matter
Without a controlled release period, distractions tend to creep in throughout the day. When you tell yourself youâll âresistâ TikTok or YouTube for three straight weeks during exams, it almost always backfires. You end up scattering distractions across the day, killing momentum and u will feel like shit
ââ ⧠so solution:
Contain those activities to this specific window. Give yourself full permission to indulge whether it's gaming, scrolling, or Netflix. The only rule: Only do it at night.
ââ ⧠psychological benefit:
Youâll find it easier to say ânoâ to distractions earlier in the day when you know you can give in later. It reduces the mental burden of constant suppression.
Caution:
This is not a prescription to develop new addictions or deepen existing ones. If you donât feel the need for this release, skip it . But if youâre honest with yourself about your impulses, this structure helps you keep them in check.
ââ ⧠ADAPTATION AND FLEXIBILITY
⧠Everyone has a unique biology. Some wake up at 5:00 AM, others at noon.
⧠Adjust the energy curve and study blocks to match your personal circadian rhythm.
⧠This is a template, not a strict prescription. Principles stay constant, execution varies.
KEY TAKEAWAYS:
đď¸ Two deep-focus sessions aligned with your bodyâs energy peaks yield greater results than dragging your mind across a 12-hour marathon.
đď¸ Midday rest and nightly release are components of a sustainable routine.
đď¸ Use tools like caffeine, timers, environment changes, and goal setting to maintain momentum and focus.
đď¸ Structure breeds freedom. When your day is mapped with intention, your brain is free to focus trust me with this one
⧠This daily routine is not about rigid hours or perfection. Itâs about aligning your habits with your biology and respecting your mental bandwidth. When implemented consistently, this system transforms exam season from a stressful grind into an enjoyable and productive challenge. Now take what you've learned and design your daily routine with intention â§

make a list of your top priorities: Figure out what actually matters to you right now. This isnât about what you should care about, but what truly takes up your energyâschool, your health, building confidence, relationships, etc. Keep the list short (3â5 things max) so you can focus. â
create a morning and night routine: Routines give your brain structure. You donât need a 10-step ritualâjust something consistent. Morning = stretch, drink water, check your planner. Night = wash your face, no phone 30 mins before bed, quick journal. That alone is enough. â
check in with yourself and journal frequently: Journaling doesnât mean writing novels. Just note how you feel, whatâs bothering you, what went well, or whatâs on your mind. Use prompts if youâre stuck. The point is to stay connected to yourself instead of spiraling in your head. â
start saving money: Even a small amount every week matters. Start tracking what you spend. Make a savings goal (emergency fund, a trip, new laptop). Try a rule like âsave 10% of what I getâ or âno impulse purchases until Sunday.â â
learn something new every day: It doesnât have to be academic. Listen to a podcast, read one article, Google something random. Write down one interesting thing you learned to help you remember itâand to remind yourself that youâre growing. â
spend time with the people you love: Text them. Call them. Make plans, even if youâre busy. Shared time matters. Itâs easy to get caught up in fixing yourself and forget that love and connection are part of being okay. â
keep track of your sleep, hydration, nutrition: Start observing how your body feels. Are you getting 7â8 hours of sleep? Drinking enough water (2L/day)? Eating regularly? You donât have to go full fitness-tracker, but noticing patterns can help you feel way more in control. â
list down your stress triggers: What causes you anxiety, procrastination, or overwhelm? Write them down. Knowing your triggers helps you build systems around them. If social events drain you, plan alone time after. If deadlines stress you, start earlier. â
clean your room: Your environment reflects your mental state. Tidy up the space where you spend the most time. It doesnât need to be perfectâjust put things back in place, wipe down surfaces, and open a window. It shifts your mindset. â
practice gratitude and/or meditate: You donât have to be spiritual. Just note whatâs good. Try writing 3 small things youâre grateful for, or sitting quietly for 5 minutes. It helps your mind slow down and notice whatâs okay, even on rough days. â
set boundaries: Say no when you need to. Donât reply right away if youâre drained. Make rules for yourself about how much you give to others. Boundaries protect your energyâtheyâre not selfish, theyâre necessary. â
declutter your phone, laptop, etc: Digital mess counts. Delete apps you donât use, clear out your camera roll and downloads, organize folders. It helps reduce mental clutter and makes everything feel more intentional. â
plan 1 self care act every day: Something small, just for you. A walk, skincare, journaling, no-screen time, reading. Doesnât have to be fancy or expensiveâjust consistent and kind to yourself.
