I was drawing myself in tim burton style last night, i genuinely felt so upset by it cause it had me with insane proportions it was hard to keep drawing. I want to get worse some days and it sucks that im like this. my meal options keep getting smaller, and family discussions about my diet are becoming a weekly event. i cant wait to get out of here :(

My Personal Tips ðŸĐ·

○ I manually count c@lories, so if something has too many components that I have to count, I just won't eat it because I'm lazy

○ I eat more c@lories throughout the day and less at night. If I save all of my c@lories for dinner or a specific meal, I tend to end up overeating. By eating more during the day and less at night, I can still eat within my c@lorie goal without feeling overly restricted.

○ I only eat half the serving size of food. For example, whenever I eat cottage cheese or oatmeal, I do half the recommended serving (sometimes 1/4 of the serving). This reduces the c@lories but still makes me full.

○ I try to add a fiber or a protein source to each of my meals. This increases satiety and reduces cravings.

○ I do pilate sessions 2 times a day; one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Pilates is pretty quiet, so my family doesn't get suspicious, and there's tons of different types. I have a pilates app to keep me more accountable.

○ I always leave food on my plate. Even if it's just a couple bites it still makes me feel in control. I also share a lot of my food.

○ If I really feel like I need to, I'll pvrge dinner (my family makes home-cooked dinner every night, so sometimes they can be high in c@lories and c@rbs). Honestly, I need to stop doing that because it's given me terrible acid reflux.

○ I go for bike rides on the weekends. I typically go for 90 minutes and burn 600-800 c@lories per session.

○ I drink 2-3 liters of water and day. (Water speeds up fat burning rates). Sometimes I'll add lemons or chia seeds to my water for extra nutrients

○ I journal and plan out my day.

○ I mealprep so I never have an excuse to eat something else

○ I get ready (almost) every morning, even if I'm not going anywhere because it makes me feel more put together, which in turn makes me make healthier food choices.

○ I'll "trick" myself into not eating. Instead of saying to myself "I can't have this", I say "I can have this, but I don't want it/like it/feel full." Once I tell myself a lie enough times, it becomes the truth.

my reasons

To look back at when I'm thinking of quitting

Because I need this

To be the prettiest one in the room at all times

For the chance I'll look more masculine and less like a fat girl

To be comfortable in tight clothes

To look pretty in candid photos

To look pretty at all angles

To fit in pants even when I'm sitting and my thighs are squished

So my binder won't roll up all the time and suffocate me

To look pretty in t shirts, getting rid of the bit of fat on my elbows

To look tall and scary like a tim Burton character

To look less childish and less baby faced

So I don't look stupid eating in public

So I don't look like an overgrown baby at the beach or pool

So I don't have rashes on my thighs from walking for so long, since my thighs won't even touch when I walk

So he stops telling me how odd looking and fat my face is

So I can wear headphones without my glasses squishing my face

So I won't be the only one sweating my ass off in a room ever again

So my knee high socks become actually knee high

So I won't have to buy belts online for my huge waist

So I can find a cute piece of clothing and have it fit no matter the size

To be able to wear ANYTHING and still look good

For children's underwear and socks to fit me because they're the most fun kind

For a jaw line

For the collarbones

For the hip bones

For the ribs

For the bones on the back of my hand

To be beautiful.
