my fav veggie ever is cauliflower and it's 25kcal per 100g!! it's so great to eat a big bowl of it and I literally can't fit any more food for a few hours :D
honestly I don't mind how my body looks naked. the thing I hate is how clothes lay over it, makes me fat.
my body shape is naturally curvy, my friend's is naturally thin. at the same BMI I will ALWAYS look chunkier and more round than her, even if she's much heavier than me, she looks skinnier. and always she's like omg we're so similar in looks haha you're literally so skinny. NO IM NOT. YOU ARE. it makes me want to cry. she literally doesn't even see how blessed she is and is unintentionally stuffing it in my face.
what I eat in a day 2
-1400 to start with
+50kcal and 3g protein from a glass of milk I sipped on while working out
-50kcal I did abs and a tiny bit of arms, idk how much I burned so let's say 50 (I'm so sore after yesterday I'm barely waking)
breakfast:
3 eggs with a dash of milk again, I switched the rice cake for another egg today, I didn't like them yesterday
+270kcal and 18g protein
+189kcal chocolate........
green tea
dinner:
same as yesterday, today I ate 350g so...
+540kcal and 37g protein
also since I was eating with my boyfriend I forgot to take a picture...
-100kcal workout
green tea
+189kcal chocolate
I know sugar bad blah blah but as long as I'm in deficit the weight loss is still happening!! and I don't wanna deny EVERY craving to avoid binging! self control is important but knowing when to let go is as well :)
end: -312kcal, 58g protein
I'm losing it, my mum has always been chubby and never could lose weight, she doesn't wanna tell me how she did it but Ive seen the ozempic like stuff in the fridge so.....
I feel so bad cause her legs are starting to look thinner than mine and I can't let her be skinnier than me. I can't let her win like that.
what I eat in a day 1
the days starts with:
-1400kcal (as this is how much I plan on eating)
-230kcal running / walking (about 45 min on the treadmill)
breakfast:
eggs, scrambled, on butter, with a dash of milk (165kcal, 13g of protein)
2 rice cakes on the side (80kcal, 1g protein)
+245kcal and 14g protein
ended up eating only 1 rice cake as it was too boring...
-40kcal and -0.5g protein
green tea
-150kcal (roughly?) workout + stretches
1 bite of chocolate (prolly +20? kcal)
another green tea
dinner:
400g of ground beef (1016kcal, 69g protein),
1 whole paprika (20kcal, 1g protein),
430g of passata (120kcal, 8g protein),
200g mozarella light (314kcal, 38g protein),
seasoning and a handful of lettuce (not even gonna count that, pointless I'd say)
400g of pasta (760kcal, 35g protein)
so roughly in total: 1445g, 2230kcal and 151g of protein
the serving I took out of that is 500g
the rest is for tomorrow and maybe for my boyfriend, I also made it spicy
500g means I ate about
+772kcal and 52g of protein
supper:
+185kcal of chocolate (I really needed a sweet treat gang..)
and some green tea againnnn
that's it!
end: -598kcal so in a deficit! I also ate 65.5g of protein
(absolutely cannot guarantee the accuracy of my calculations ToT)
would anyone like to help me estimate the amount I eat? I'm not the best at counting kcals and I really need to start. I'll learn but for now please help ://
(also I'm not trying to completely starve, I'd like to maintain 1400kcal a day + exercise)
I finally feel like everything is back under control now that I’m out of the holiday season and I am not being pressured to eat so much. I gained 3 kilos which makes me want to actually cry but I am tentatively motivated. I know I’ve failed a lot to get back into the swing of things but this time I’m building my confidence up and taking things slower this time and not immediately jumping to omäd + 1000 calz and all that stuff.
Pacing myself and trying to structure it all - results will come one day 🫶
