Have you noticed that your outfits just don't look right on you? It's odd because they looked stunning in your head, but they look tacky when you put them together. Now, let's see. Is it your body that you're visualising those outfits on, or is it someone who looks 20kg slimmer than that pudgy body you're in? It's wishful thinking. Obviously, an outfit will look good if there's a good figure underneath, and that body of yours definitely isn't 'good'. You pretend that you look like that while you make your outfits, but you're snapped back to such an awful reality when your stomach pokes over your jeans and there's a bulge of fat all around the strap of your tank top. The best accessory for any outfit is a skinny body, so you should go and get one.

whenever i went to the gym i would do strength training (lifting weights) and stairmaster + treadmill for cardio , i def see the fastest results with gym workouts but i find it hard to stay motivated with going which is why i prefer home ones (╥_╥)

i always loved dancing so it’s a fun workout that i can actually stay motivated in doing often, especially doing and learning kpop dances !! dancing for long also is rlly good at burning cals, it doesn’t have to be this video specifically, you could do any dances even nonkpop, (like just dance) but there’s a lot of good dances in it so i’m putting it here :)

I've realized that counting calories doesn't really do much for me. I just simply cannot stop eating. Does any one have any other methods, or tips for me. They're all welcome no matter how extreme.

Guys I over ate as shit today. I ate over 500 kcal more than my max, which is 1000 kcal. I need to stop treating myself with food. I need to earn food, yes, but it's not a reward. It's a necessity which you need to earn. Enough to survive, no more.
I do need to say those chocolate eggs are so good though, I'm addicted. And why the fuck er the fuck is bread, meat and my dam coffee so high kcal why? And fruit too like why? My life is a lie.
